What do you like best about Rightworks OneSpace?

I like having Quickbooks on a remote system. I can work from home or in different locations. There aren't any specific work hours. I can work whenever is convenient for me. When I occasionally need help the tech support people know how to fix the problem, or tell me what to do to correct it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rightworks OneSpace?

If I have a problem, it seems to take longer to get phone help than when we first started using RN in 2009. I have waited up to an hour to get a tech on the phone. But once they answer they have been able to help me fix whatever problem I have been having. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The entire Diocese of Dallas started using Quickbooks via Right Networks for each church & school's bookkeeping. Using Quickbooks from Right Networks enabled us to have the same chart of accounts and similar procedures. What do you like best about Rightworks OneSpace?

Before using Right Networks, our CPA had to access our QB company file via Splash Top, which was very clunky and didn't always work. This makes it much easier having it hosted online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rightworks OneSpace?

Right Networks is a bit pricey, and you pay per user. downloading reports is a bit annoying because you have to login to your file manager to get them unless you pay extra. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The accounting system of my company and all my financial files are saved, and the Ransom malware cannot access them.

Also, it was an effortless transition from desktop to the Cloud, and we had terrific technical support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
