What do you like best about DocuWare?

The best part is you can assign access to various sections based on the users role in your company. For example: we have analyst in our companies who have certain access and can edit a part of document, where as leadership team have all right access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DocuWare?

It is a bit old scholl product. I recomend this if you have a small team (less than 50). For bigger team you should invest in other tools. This tool can ,make your day tough as when you have lot of people joining your team you might need to create account and assign certain roles. "RicohDocs: The best document & workflow management software"

What do you like best about DocuWare?

The best of ricohdocs and what is actually is its USP is, you can actually assign certain roles to the users who would be using it in your organization. For example, you want to only give certain view and edit access to 3 people from the analyst team and the rest of the other members you want to give admin access you can actually set those rules very easily. Its UI is friendly that you won't get confused neither take a lot of time to get used to the software. A quick 20-minute training is enough to know how to use the software. What do you dislike about DocuWare?

Well, the one thing that at times I dislike is when a lot of people are joining our team on a single day and we have to give access to each of them. You need to create separate line items for each of the new joiners and fill out a few questions that they ask. However, this only becomes tiring when you have 30+ people joining the team in a single day which I believe would be once in a blue moon scenario. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering DocuWare:

Well if you are an SMB or Mid-market company and have a tight budget and want to invest in a document management tool, then you should blindly go for it. It is worth the investments and you can actually feel this within the first 60 days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DocuWare solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem we faced in the past was when we were using other software we had to actually give everyone the same access which created a big mess as there were times when people used to mistakely edit an important document and we used to loose all the necesaary information. With Ricohdocs, that trouble has gone. Here you can actually specific what type of role and access you want to give it your team members or even to certain departments. What do you like best about DocuWare?

It manages the files very efficiently. It makes the files really easy to find the documents and change its contents. It also has cloud support, so you don't need to worry about the size of your hard disk.It is also available on mobile devices which makes it possible to retrieve data even when one is away from their computer. "Saves paper and gets every record of our customers in an organized manner"

What do you like best about DocuWare?

The documentation tracking this software offers. We have many documents from invoices to BLs and track and trace information. We used to print a lot, but thanks to this software printing is in the past. We rather save our documents as a PDF on RicohDocs and label them to keep everything organized. Thanks to RicohDocs, even your colleagues can find your order history or customer details when you are on a leave. Paper destroys trees, and RicohDocs saves time; there isn't a better combination out there for the companies that rely on paperwork. The best thing of all is that your storage room where your archives used to be is almost empty; you can use this room for other purposes now. Also, did I already mention the mobile application available for this tool? It's available on Android and Apple devices so our employees can get their documents even on the go. What do you dislike about DocuWare?

If there is one thing we dislike is the bug with synchronizing our RicohDocs folder with the real-time database. From time to time we would have disruptions in the synchronization which leads to us having to restart the computer before it will successfully capture the real-time documentation. Do you have too many files laying everywhere and papers full of documentation for your customer? Then I would recommend RicohDocs. If you really wanna be paperless you can also consider getting a watermark tool for your PDFs and signing the PDFs and documentations automatically.
