Being able to go back in time to review footage. The ablility to change speeds to save time.

**What do you like best about Rhombus?**

I appreciate that Rhombus is such a small footprint in our office, almost unnoticeable unless you're delibrately looking for it. We recently moved offices and the relocation of our 2 cams was effortless. The portal is easy to navigate and the image quality gives the detail we need. No need to look anywhere else for surveillance! Thank you for providing a great product Rhombus team!

I honestly can't think of anything that I would change at this time.

**What problems is Rhombus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rhombus helps us monitor who is coming and going from our office. We have frequent audits that require surveillance and Rhombus checks all the boxes.

**What do you like best about Rhombus?**

One of the standout features is the exceptional image quality. Even in low-light conditions, the clarity is impressive. The installation process was straightforward, which made setting them up a breeze. Additionally, the cloud storage option is a huge plus, as it allows easy access to footage whenever I need it.

**What do you dislike about Rhombus?**

However, I did find the mobile app a bit challenging to navigate at times. While it offers many features, it can be overwhelming for someone who prefers simplicity.

Enhanced Security helping to deter crime and providing evidence in case of incidents.
Remote Monitoring anywhere at any time.

**What do you like best about Rhombus?**

Their customer experience is top notch, and they follow up for any questions during the entire process. When we hesitated to do it ourselves, they recommended a superior installer at an incredible rate. We did not have to fight or negotiate on pricing, they brought their best offer to the table.

**What do you dislike about Rhombus?**

No issues with Rhombus, we enjoy the security upgrade of our system and the UI is great.

**What problems is Rhombus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a locally stored NVR and this cloud based system allows for 100% uptime and no waiting for parts such as an additional storage drive.

Rhombus has been extremely reliable as long as I've been a customer. Their technical support is great. Their products are great. The price is fair.

**What do you dislike about Rhombus?**

I feel like the license plate recognition could be a little bit better, but I also understand it is highly reliant on lighting, camera positioning, etc.

**What problems is Rhombus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rhombus provides a low-maintenance camera system for us that doesn't require much of my time to manage.

**What do you like best about Rhombus?**

The software is great, gives me a ton of info when I need it. It can be strange, sometimes I get movement events showing in the scroll bar, sometimes nothing, makes it hard to find certain things sometimes. And it changes on a whim as far as I can tell. But overall, I really like the hardware & software.

**What do you dislike about Rhombus?**

The installers they used for my area are terrible. I've been trying for almost 2 years to get them back here for support & upgrades. I've given up on that end. They sold us on one set of features, & delivered a much inferior product, and they don't seem to want to take accountability for that. Again, this is on the local installers, not Rhombus. Just be careful who you have maintain the system.

Catching people who are illegally dumping. Security deterrent.

VIDEO WALLS! These have been a game changer!

I wish that there were a standalone application for computer as opposed to only a web client.

Loss Prevention and Shrink is something that Rhombus is aiding us in combating! We have been able to also track and review merchandiser performance to ensure a higher level of customer satisfaction.

Cloud manageability and security.  The ability to have every camera in your multi-location environment right in the same console is powerful.

**What do you dislike about Rhombus?**

Price.  The cameras are good but pricey.  On top of that a license per camera is needed.

Very good camera, it can reach the equivalent of an axis camera, with a good configuration system and security elements I can recommend without problems

The system’s user-friendly interface and smart search features save me time when reviewing incidents, and the real-time alerts help me stay proactive instead of reactive. Rhombus is a very affordable but capable security camera system. The features we love the most is the quick investigation tools. The most important aspect for any camera system is how quickly you can Investigate situations and rhombus console does this with amazing speed. It's advance AI tools enhances the user experience unlike anything I thought was possible.

I haven't found anything I have disliked yet about Rhombus.

Rhombus keeps an Eye on everything when no one is around and Alerts us of any suspicious activity via text or email.

"Single pane of glass" is the best way to put it.  Everything is right there.  No NVRs, no plugins, no compatibility issues.

Registering cameras seems a little flaky at times.

Browser compatibility issues were the main focus when we moved from Hikvision, Alibi, and Amcrest.  Hours spent pulling footage is a thing of the past as well.

At their pricepoint, they do a great job. The features they offer, including their access control and alarm monitoring, are exceptional

**What do you dislike about Rhombus?**

The alarm system was a little glitchy at first, but they seem to have the issues ironed out and support is excellent.  We were one of the first adopters of this system

**What problems is Rhombus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Alarm monitoring is easy.  If something isn't right, they call us.  Door control works well and came in at a better price -- and is tied into our alarm and cameras.

The platform is super easy to use from an admin perspective, and the team loves it too! They have awesome customer service with very quick response times.

**What do you dislike about Rhombus?**

It was a little complicated to incorporate into our new office space as an additional vendor had to be the one to install. Other than that I have no issues!

Controlled access to our space to keep the team safe! People counter is a helpful tool to monitor traffic in our space for occupancy issues. Video surveillance is helpful for the team too!

Would love live monitoring for non-emergency situations. For example, to move people along instead of calling the police.

Having cameras in our markets deters theft and the facial recognition tool helps find shrinkage.

The biggest down side from my use is the clarity of images from our cameras, though that may have nothing to do w/ Rhombus.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with an  DJ, Blake, Sam, and Bobby during my trial period, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their level of professionalism and dedication. From the very start, it was clear that they genuinely care about providing the best service. The customer support is top-notch, and they go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly.

What truly sets this team apart is their attention to detail. They ask the right questions to fully understand the scope of the project, ensuring every aspect of the setup and configuration is thoroughly covered. It's rare to find a team so committed to getting things exactly right, and their efforts really shine through in the final product.

Overall, I highly recommend this team for anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and knowledgeable group to assist with their needs.

I have had a hardware issue where the camera was not online or recording, but the switch showed it as being connected, a few alerts and main issue is occlusion for camera covering and lack of access control options.

They are solving the need to have somebody monitor the camera 24/7 with correct setup and smart alerts.

**What do you like best about Rhombus?**

I like how simple and easy to use it is and the customer support when it's not working as expected. They've been very helpfull in making sure we are up and running and that everything was setup properly.

**What do you dislike about Rhombus?**

The only issues we've had so far are being able to answer the door bell much quicker. People will often ring the door bell several times in a row, which produces a notification each time, but then by the time I answer they are gone or have been let in. If the door opens after getting notiificaions - it would be nice if they cleared or had an indication the person was let in.

**What problems is Rhombus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using the doorbell intercom and multiple cameras on location - it's very helpful to be able to provision access directly to someone's phone vs. a secure card they are going to lose several times. I can have employees let themselves in  - or buzz them in as needed - or they can even buzz others in if needed.

It's great and has mostly been working as expected - the wave to access has been less than great lately but anytime people have issues they open the phone and can tap it to unlock.

**What do you like best about Rhombus?**

The Rhombus Camera system allows for deep user access control. Our clients are able to manage the access of the cameras down to the user or group and location or individual camera. This allows for almost total control and confidence of the access of the cameras.

**What do you dislike about Rhombus?**

The AI part of the Rhombus system still appears to be a little farfetched. While not awful by any means, it's still not up the magic that everyone in the industry is hoping and waiting for. That said, it's fine enough, so long as a few caveats are maintained. Mainly, The Higher Quality Cameras make a huge difference, specifically the ones with the optical zoom and 4k+ capability.

**What problems is Rhombus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User access is the main problem Rhombus has been able to solve in my eyes. Visual security comes with it's slew of issues. Being able to control which users have access to which cameras and to what extrent they can modify camera settings is wonderful. We can even allow for users to be timed out automatically so we dont have to keep reminders to go back in and revoke access .

The software platform is fantastic.  It is easy to utilize the settings and make adjustments.

**What do you dislike about Rhombus?**

The app doesn't have enough abilities to edit schedules.  It makes it difficult to navigate quick changes that need to be made.  

The cameras are temperamental and faulty.  We have had 4 fail within a 6 month period and they are new installations.

Overall security coverage and the ability to view incidences.

We had been using Rhombus for security cameras for a few years, but had no idea how many additional features were available. We have been testing Rhombus at various locations with great success so far.

**What do you dislike about Rhombus?**

We were having issues with a few of our cameras and had to contact support. This was the only reason we found out about the cameras and apps needing manual updates along with the other features that were available.

**What problems is Rhombus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The cameras work well and are very reliable as long as the software is up to date. Having access from various platforms and being able to manipulate the cameras remotely is very nice.

It has 3 apps (so far I know of), Rhombus, Rhombus Key, and Keypad.  Couldn't we get this all in one app?

So far, it's been a pain to set up.  Mohey and I are working to fine tune and set up Rhombus to what our company needs/wants.

**What do you like best about Rhombus?**

My favorite feature of Rhombus is the ability to deploy an app to our users on an ad hoc basis to access our building. This eliminates the need for key creation and hand out. It also allows me as the administrator to buzz people through doors remotely. This has been a great help when people forget their keys for off hours work.

**What do you dislike about Rhombus?**

The mobile app access control piece didn't work consistently at first but that seems to have been fixed with the updates Rhombus has been putting out.

**What problems is Rhombus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rhombus solved access control for us. We were on an aging system that was a pain to maintain. Rhombus allows us to still use cards for access control but also to use a mobile app. It also gives us the scalability to add cameras and new sites into our security portfolio as we grow.

I found the most interesting and useful is what they call. Unusual behavior the camera watches day and day out and learn a study rhythm of what it views and it can alert you to things that just don't fall into this ordinary rhythm. I was shocked by what we would pick up on camera

Subscription based cameras it's always kind of a hard thing to swallow having to pay consistently for camera protection, but all in all knowing that this footage is gonna be there when you need it seems worth the cost

Rhombus cameras are very easy to operate and use regularly to capture potential theft incidents and review the appearance of the site you are running.

**What do you dislike about Rhombus?**

Customer service in situations where there is a problem with the camera is sometimes lacking but luckily, there are few issues with the cameras when placed correctly.

**What problems is Rhombus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rhombus cameras allow us to have 'eyes' on the market at all times in the palm of our hand. It more importantly, easily detects potential theft incidents that can be sent to the client to handle directly without much dispute that the incident occurred.

Great camera quality and the interface is very intuitive and easy to use. Employees learned the software very quickly which made my job easier and gave them the ability to manage the software and videos without the need for assistance. The system was very easy to implement and setup and has been running without any issues.

The system can be slow at times during heavy network traffic.

Before we were'nt able to view our video feeds offsite. Now with Rhombus, we can view the cameras from anywhere which has made it much easier to manage a 24/7 operation.

Ease of USE, ID based IP address mapping of the Cameras, Support for DASH protocol.

In dynamic IP address, based on ID it is possible to fetch the IP address. 
The notifications about the Camera's operational status.

The software for the cameras. It is user friendly, works every time and we've never had any issues with it.

We've had issues with some cameras disconnecting for what seems to be no reason.

It allows us to record 24/7 and review footage from anywhere which we were unable to do before Rhombus.
