What do you like best about Rho?

the simplicity of the experience, very easy to use and report in the app/browser

in the website the "xxx" has been updated field doesnt go away automatcially and is more an annoiance really to click away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rho?

The immediate prompt to submit a receipt reminds me to snap a pic before i lose the receipt, and I can upload it right then Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rho?

it's a LOT of reminders... sometimes can be a little annoying but i guess it does urge me to get my receipts turned it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rho?

The platform is overall very user friendly and the UI is nice and fluid. Making cards and organizing budgets is also very simple and easily accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rho?

Tends to log you out quite often so having to re-login and get the authenticator app can be annoying. However, this is only a minor inconvenience and not a major issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are a Travel agency so when we book airlines the ticekt number doesnt come up and makes it difficult to reconcile payments to postings Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The mobile app is great, I love being able to text back a picture of a receipt and have it file the expense automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rho?

I really like that each expense takes me less than 30 seconds to complete. I no longer have to store crumpled receipts in my bag, waiting to return to the office and hoping I didn't forget one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rho?

There are a lot of capabilities for Rho that my company doesn't use for specific transactions. I wish there was a way to remove those extra fields so it was even easier to use on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rho?

I like how simple and easy Rho makes it to submit reimbursements and track company spending. The mobile app is amazing as well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rho?

Rho is amazing! The only thing I think can be added is "remind admin" in order to notify the admin who is responsible for approving reimbursements and other requests.

This way I can give a nudge to the person when a reimbursement submission is taking a while to be approved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Expense approvers can set up weekly reminder emails to action on outstanding items on Fridays via User Settings. I'll pass on the feedback on letting admins nudge approvers to our product team.
