What do you like best about Rho?

Love the text/receipt capture. Makes logging my expense so much easier for work travel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rho?

Only downside is when Rho card gets declined during travel. Seems to be sporadic as to how/why it happens and that's a little bothersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Michael -- thanks for your thoughtful review! I also love the text receipt feature when I travel! We've recently released email & mobile push notifications for declines. To opt in, head to your User Settings and enable Card Transaction Updates -- you can choose between email or mobile push. Make sure you download the Rho App if you would like the push notifications!

What do you like best about Rho?

Using Rho is in redibly easy to use as an employee. It sends me a text as soon as the transaction goes through and I can reply with the photo right away. Also, I can edit fields from the app or my computer. Cross-platform integrations are genius, especially if you're using it often! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rho?

My least favorite thing about Rho is that there aren't descriptions of the fields. It may be an admin issue, not the app itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rho?

Use to have to use personal card for business expenses, fill out a form and then have to wait for reimbursement. Often worrying that personal card would cover costs. Rho eliminates all of that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rho?

Our 30+ cardholders at our company love RHO for the ease of use when traveling. Getting a text message reminder that you can snap a photo of your receipt and reply directly has been a feature everyone raves about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm not sold on the automatic integration with our ERP yet, we still export all transactions and upload as a JE so no issues that cant be solved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rho?

I like how simple it is to use. The ability to text images of receipts and it automaticly attach the photo to my purchase is great. The ability to use apple pay with the card is helpful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the only issue I have had is not being able to view attached images once they are attached. When I have multiple purchases from the same company it could be useful to see the receipt images. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The easiest way to review your expenses is by using the Rho Mobile App. In the app, you'll see all your Incomplete expenses. When you click on the expense, you'll then see what's needed to complete the expense at the top of the screen.

You can take pictures of your receipts and upload them immediately to start the process. You can finish the process by going into the app and selecting a few drop-downs and bam you're done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
