**What do you like best about RFS Business Solutions?**

RFS Business Solutions really surprised me with how well they handled everything from the start. We’ve worked with other sales agencies before, and it was always the same story: lots of promises, but not much to show for it. RFS Business Solutions came in and took charge without us needing to babysit them. They understood our industry right away and didn’t just throw a bunch of random leads at us. 

They focused on bringing us solid opportunities that were the right fit for our audience, and it made a big difference. They also kept us updated regularly, and anytime we needed to change direction, they adjusted without any hassle. It was a totally different experience than what we’ve had with others.

**What do you dislike about RFS Business Solutions?**

Honestly, there wasn’t one single thing that stood out above everything else. The whole process was just really smooth from start to finish. They did what they said they were going to do, kept things moving along, and adjusted when we needed them to. They didn’t reinvent the wheel or do anything groundbreaking, but they delivered exactly what we needed without any hassle. It wasn’t flashy, but it worked.

RFS Business Solutions delivered measurable results that made a real impact for us. In the first quarter, we saw a 30% increase in meetings booked with companies in AI, SaaS, and enterprise IT exactly the verticals we wanted to grow. They helped us land new sponsorships for our DeveloperWeek events, and brought in over 100 qualified leads that were a good fit for our upcoming conferences. 

Their outreach led to a 12% jump in response rates from LinkedIn and we say a 70% open rate on email compared to what we were doing before. They also provided us with weekly reporting that broke down the number of touches per channel, responses, and conversion rates, which gave us clear insights into what was working and allowed for constant adjustments to improve targeting and messaging.

**What do you like best about RFS Business Solutions?**

I was impressed by how quickly they ramped up and once they changed PMs, how quickly the calls were getting completed. I also like that they provided me with # of hours used and # of hours remaining on a weekly basis, which allowed better planning and determining if a change order was going to be needed.

**What do you dislike about RFS Business Solutions?**

Some of the agents documented/dispositioned calls differently. Some agents didn't sound really enthusiastic and this led to customer complaints and thinking the campaign was fraud

**Recommendations to others considering RFS Business Solutions:**

They quickly completed their calls after changing managers and offered concessions that established a great working relationship, Highly recommended

**What problems is RFS Business Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Service work great, in addition to some other process changes, we were able to save 1.8M vs a goal of 1.3M. Additionally, we reduced the monthly payment to the old account from 20M to 5-7M per month.

We are extremely satisfied with RFS's services. I can't think of any areas that need improvement. We look forward to our continued partnership and the launch of the French language hotline.

WheelShare needed a reliable outsourced contact center provider to handle our inbound customer support in English and German languages

RFS Business Solution passion for their company and people is their biggest strength.

They should stay more nimble to changes. In our business, changes come quickly depending on the time of year. Although they’ve been great about this, I’d reiterate to stay open to changes.

Be very open and as transparent as possible. Lay everything out that’s needed and wanted, and go from there. RFS Business Solution team is a great group of people who’ll do everything they can to meet your needs.

RFS Business Solution provides us with call center services. We've provided them with our internal scripts, and they work remotely. They qualify leads' needs before passing them over to our sales agents to ensure we have the most opportunity to help our clients.

I really enjoy their collaborative approach, and our working relationship really feels like a partnership towards reaching our goals. They are very reactive whenever a technical problem occurs they will quickly come up with alternatives and different temporary workflows to minimize disruptions while issues are fixed Their analytics teams are also very quick to conduct analysis and come back with valuable insights.

There is no major convers at the moment.

Our company hired RFS to provide 24/7 global english support to advertisers using our platform for both long-tail and high-value segments. The goal was to find a vendor who could provide both high-quality premium support for advertisers while having the ability to scale quickly.

They are committed to the project. they taking care for that A-Z if some associate is getting sick they taking care for change of shift also if associate need days off they take care for all the changes which is save me a lot of time that i don't need to take care for that kind of staff.

almost 6 months since i start my project so far didn't find something that i would change. if got issue we taking care for that right away together.

RFS  is a flexible business partner, meaning they can adapt and react to challenges. They proved this from the start, by handling a quick and effective ramp-up. Moreover, in the first year of business, they scaled up the team up to three times and improved customer satisfaction scores, in the same time.
