Throughout the discovery and requirements process, we felt truly understood and valued. Their highly knowledgable and extremely friendly team reviewed our current practices, asked very informative questions and proposed a very viable solution. We have yet to see a downside to working with RFDM Solutions. We began the project prior to COVID and we met monthly in person. After the COVID lockdown, we quickly switched to virtual meetings and the project continued as per schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our Housing Cooperative had an old, barely functional website that did not serve our needs. As well, we were still conducting business and tracking our assets using spreadsheets and loose paper. RFDM has created highly informative, interactive Internet and Intranet websites that allow our members easily communicate, submit requests, track work tasks and see the status of their units. RFDM has also created an excellent CRM tool, using Zoho Creator, that allows our management team to track members' info, unit info, work requests, and insurance status. We have worked with RFDM for over a year now on several small to medium salesforce automation projects with tremendous success. Ryan and his team understand the business landscape for sales and marketing and have helped us define and implement projects in our Zoho CRM that lead to real benefits for our sales force and sales management team. Recently we have automated our electronic forms capture, which streamlines our new account process for sales, customers, and vendors. They also helped us to wrap our legacy system in Zoho CRM and Analytics, which allows our team to grow from static reports to dynamic dashboards and new KPI metrics.

We look forward to continuing our relationship in 2022 with several more projects to make our sales team more effective with less effort. RFDM has a small team that complement one another and they have the processes in place to define and deliver quickly and on budget. We developed some customizations within the flexible Zoho CRM framework to benefit our sales force. We have improved several time-consuming processes with more efficient automation. RFDM got us set-up on Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, as well as resolving issues between Shopify and Google Merchant Center.
