**What do you like best about Rezolve.ai?**

I've been impressed with how well received the Rezolve Chatbot was adopted by our user base. Their customer support has been incredibly responsive to our questions and needs.

**What do you dislike about Rezolve.ai?**

The only real downside was the initial unfamiliarity of what features a ticketing system should have. With that however, their platform has steadily built-out and developed the features over time.

**What problems is Rezolve.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rezolve is acting as a ticketing platform, providing all the services one would need from a ticketing platform. Communication, prioritization & assignment of tasks, audit trail of communication on said tasks, etc.

**What do you like best about Rezolve.ai?**

Rezolve is very easy to use and the setup is pretty straight forward.  The teams at Rezolve keep you informed about everything that is going on and keep you engaged in the whole process from start to finish. It has tons of features and even if it doesnt have something built in their customer teams take it back to their product managers and it most likely ends up being a new feature that gets added. Lastly it was very easy with their help to get it integrated into our environment and Azure tenet.

**What do you dislike about Rezolve.ai?**

I don't really think there is a down side to using Rezolve AI as for its pricing and products its a perfect tool for any sized company or business.  The one downside that I have found is that the ticket filtering and customizing is too simple at the moment, but like I said before I was able to discuss this with them and now it may be a feature moving forward so another business won't know that this wasn't originally there.

**What problems is Rezolve.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rezolve is making it easier for our customers/clients to effectively get in touch with the Service Desk and IT Department when they need assistance.  In my company this wasn't always the case and it was very difficult for customers to get tickets in for issues and concerns.

**What do you like best about Rezolve.ai?**

1. Customization: I like how customizable everything has been. From the tone of the bot, to the colors and text on each portion of the app on Teams, to even some of the items on the admin website, we were able to change our app to fit our needs. 
2. Product Knowledge: I like how knowledgable the Rezolve Team is. Sometimes, we would think of different issues we might have and I would ask Tracy and Mayuri if that was something the bot could do or if they had suggestions for best practices. We were always able to get an explanation of the limitations of the system and get reccommendations on how to proceed. 
3. Patience and understanding: I don't have a technology background, but Tracy and Mayuri made undestanding the AI chatbot and the ticketing system easy to understand. I also jumped into this project in the middle of implementation and i was able to get up to speed fairly quickly. The Rezolve team also has great attention to detail. Whether it was a color that was slightly off, or jumping on a call with one of our end users after implementation, Tracy and Mayuri were always ready to help within a short time frame. They always are just an email away and provide quick responses which is cruicial when introducing a new system to the org.

**What do you dislike about Rezolve.ai?**

I think the biggest downside is the technological limitaions of the product. We initially started this project to replace email with the ticketing system and have the chatbot to answer FAQs. I am often amazed by what the chatbot can do, but it can get a bit finnicky when trying to get the bot to replicate past sucessful behaviors and anwer correctly again. As for ticketing, I think it is difficult that it doesn't have the same capabilities as email. We only allow our employees to access the bot via Teams and we are not able to send attachments to end users, links in notifications do break after a while, and the ticketing system doesn't integrate with our company's contacts so employees have to manually type emails. These issues will be fixed in the next phase of our project, but I think it would have been nice to know going into the project that these features will take time to flesh out.

It is helping us to answer frequently asked questions via the AI chatbot and replace our email system with ticketing.

**What do you like best about Rezolve.ai?**

We were able to build a solution using the same platform that provides Automations & a regulated ChatGPT for the company.

First, we were able to create an exciting vision within the teams to be able to serve our teammates faster while offloading the majority of L1 and L2 initial requests, conversations and solutions. This is a big impact to our team's capacity for spending their time on projects instead of tickets. Even the idea of the impact was a positive catapult on our team's energy for the Vision to become Our Reality!

We were able to build custom workflows, server and desktop automations, permissions and approval requests and more. The limit is really up to your imagination. We are able to serve all department requests through the same tool that was marketed for IT - HR, Culture, Facilities, Marketing, IT, Analytics, etc. 

Of course, we are able to add contextual data for responses by uploading documents, URLs for scraping, FAQs, KBs, etc. We can also have guided or scripted responses.

We have always had a solution possible for any idea we crafted. The Rezolve.ai Team is always positive and timely in their initial response and meeting new requests or features.

**What do you dislike about Rezolve.ai?**

Others are using their name! There are so many companies these days that there are at least 2 with the exact same name or similar.

There is so much to like! There is so much to automate!

**What problems is Rezolve.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Rezolve.ai?**

I have had the pleasure of using Rezolve.ai for several months now and it has completely transformed our internal operations.  The ticketing system is efficient and user friendly.  The features can be tailored to our needs and it offers real-time analytics.  The Rezolve team provides exceptional customer service. They are responsive, knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile to provide support.

**What do you dislike about Rezolve.ai?**

There are no downsides to Rezolve as the Rezolve Team is able to handle our concerns and are always receptive to feedback and adjustments to the system, if needed.

**What problems is Rezolve.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The service desk feature helps organize and manage our service tickets enabling us to be responsive to the needs of the staff and track our closed and open tickets.  The virtual assistant allows staff to easily obtain general information immediately.  Both features have minimized the amount of email exchanges between Operations and staff.

**What do you like best about Rezolve.ai?**

The support. Avanish has done a great job at hearing us voice our concerns and promptly finding a solution. Anytime we get on a call with Rezolve we always find it being a great experience. The Rezolve support team we have assigned is GREAT! We are always in good hands.

**What do you dislike about Rezolve.ai?**

The only downside I would say is that the software still needs tweaks here and there to make it more effective. These have gotten fixed as we have brought them up to Rezolve. I wouldn't say it's a dislike, not quiet a hassle but a learning experience. We appreciate Rezolve modifying the system to meet our needs.

Ticket assignment and tracking has been very helpful for the IT team. We have started building our internal documentation and tasks making it easier for users to fix the errors themselves.

**What do you like best about Rezolve.ai?**

I like that Rezolve is being regularly improved upon and the support team is always very interested in our feedback. It's great to see improvements that we suggest get implemented. It still feels like a very young product that is evolving at a quick rate. New features are being added all the time.

**What do you dislike about Rezolve.ai?**

If I had to pick one thing that I would consider to be a negative it's that it can sometimes take a long time to get seemingly small things fixed or adjusted.

We were trying to find a help desk system that worked well with Microsoft Teams and that had automated features that could help our users solve some of their more frequently experiened issues on their own. It's helping us by cutting down on regular help desk tickets.

Rezolve.ai has been with us every step of the way from initial onboarding and constant feature requests. Ongoing check-ins and communication channels with their team provides my team a sense of comfort that we are fully supported by the Rezolve Team.

Nothing, when things aren't working right or we have a feature request the Rezolve team has been great to support us and provide updates as they come.

Rezolve.ai has allowed us to put more self-serve tools in the hands of our 2000 users and has freed up our Service Desk team to resolve more difficult issues.

Rezolve.ai does not currently allow us to customize the app. We have to rely on their team to implement changes we need.

**What do you like best about Rezolve.ai?**

Rezolve is a great way for our users to open support tickets and for everyone to track the status and resolution of their tickets.  It also provides a great self service capability which can and is continually enhanced.  The product is integrated with TEAMS which made it extremely easy to roll out to our organization.  And super high marks to Rezolve's product implemention support.  I have never in my 35 years of IT had a better experience implementing a new software product into an organization

**What do you dislike about Rezolve.ai?**

At this point I can not really point to anything I dislike.  During our implementation a new look and feel for the product was rolled out and even that change went through without any disruption to production.  Well done team!

**What problems is Rezolve.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Rezolve service 'tickets' meant emails with incomplete information or random "oh by the way can you..." conversations in the hallway with no good way to make sure items were captured and documented.  With Rezolve ticket info is captured in one place and each one can be tracked to make sure it is being dealt with.  User satisfaction improves as a result.

I haven't met a single person at Rezolve.ai that hasn't gone above and beyond.  Rezolve.ai's agility, determination, and close partnership have made the business relationship effortless.

**What do you dislike about Rezolve.ai?**

As a relatively new player in the Conversational AI Virtual Assistant market, they are still getting their legs under them.  Some parts of the product lack maturity, but they are quickly working to address these gaps.

**What problems is Rezolve.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business needed advanced service desk capabilities and Rezolve.ai proved the perfect solution. By leveraging their product into our standard tools stack, we achieved maximum flexibility in the platforms we could integrate. Rezolve.ai's ability to tie automation to user intent was a key factor that enabled us to turn our automation goals into reality.

One of the things we appreciated most about Rezolve.ai was its ability to work with nearly any automation platform with an API. This flexibility gave us the freedom to choose the automation tools that best suited our needs while still being able to leverage the power of Rezolve.ai's advanced natural language processing and machine learning capabilities.

Overall, we have been delighted with the results we've seen since implementing Rezolve.ai. We highly recommend Rezolve.ai to businesses looking to enhance their customer support processes and automate their operations.

**What do you like best about Rezolve.ai?**

Rezolve has been one of my best experiences with a vendor. They have been very helpful from the beginning, from researching the best product for us to procurement and implementation. There was no sense of pressure to buy at all. And Rezolve's ability to adapt to any change we had was awe-inspiring.

**What do you dislike about Rezolve.ai?**

There aren't any negatives that I can recall. One suggestion (which I already think is being addressed with the adoption of Open.ai technology) is that the bot could use some refinement in natural conversation built in. We have to refine an answer by creating dialogue on our own. Whish is fine, but a little time consuming

**What problems is Rezolve.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rezolve.ai provides tireless accessibility to the IT department 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The IT Service Desk has limited business hours. Rezolve.ai delivers an avenue for our after-hours staff to seek technology help. And if Rezolve.ai cannot resolve or point the customer to the correct information, it will open a service request with our IT Service Management system for staff to access the next business day. This creates great value for us.

The interface is intuitive and customizeable. The Rezolve.ai team have been very helpful with integration.

No spellcheck. Sometimes when I try to close a ticket, it does not go away from my active list.

Not as convoluted as other help desk tools that I have used, Has the ability to be customized to meet our needs, Custome rep is easy to get hold of and can set up meetings and share screens.  Reported issues are resolved at a decent time.

**What do you dislike about Rezolve.ai?**

I do not like the fact that we have to toggle Switch to Preview to go to Rezolve's new interface.

Using Rezolve as a service desk and so far it's doing what we want. And end users find it ease to use.

Creating a unified "help desk" has helped us manage, track and analyze our help requests.  Our staff can easily create request tickets or get the information they need from the system knowledge base.  The staff at Rezolve made system rollout smooth and seamless, and they continue to support us with any questions and needs.

**What do you dislike about Rezolve.ai?**

Nothing so far.  The system is up and running and working well.

Staff need Facilities, HR and IT requests to be processed quickly and efficiently.  Rezolve.ai allows us to do that.

Only wish is a way for when staff asks the question and it's answered it's visible to all staff.

**What do you like best about Rezolve.ai?**

The best part of working with Rezolve.ai is the customer service and attention to detail.  The support team is very responsive to customization requests.  The onboarding was the most thorough onboarding that I have been a part of.  Very detailed and the team walked us through every step.  The ticketing software itself is very customizable and there are over 500 bot answers out-of-the-box.

**What do you dislike about Rezolve.ai?**

I have been using the software for almost a year at the time of this review and there isn't anything that I dislike about the product.  The service team has customized our instance to the point where there is nothing left to complain about.

**What problems is Rezolve.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rezolve.ai has provided us with a robust Helpdesk ticketing system and bot auto-attendant.  This has allowed us to funnel all helpdesk requests into one place and reduce the need for additional support staff.  Current staff are easily covered when not in the office because requests aren't filtered into one individual's email or voicemail.

The Rezolve.AI team is truly focused on the success of the service integration with Microsoft and is very helpful with all steps required to get all things working.

They have support for english and spanish languages and don't offer yet other languages but always are open to helping us to add new languages if they are required.

**What do you like best about Rezolve.ai?**

The Rezolve.ai support system combines many great features, such as a Self-help Chat Bot, Support Ticketing System, and Workflows, into one solution making it a powerful support tool. The Rezolve Support Team is great to work with and very responsive. The implementation process was exceptional. You are assigned a Customer Success Manager who diligently manages the project from start to finish. Our implementation was a fairly complex, global solution covering several countries, separate offices and organizations, and multiple O365 tenants. We were able to give each location access to their own Ticketing, and their own Bot solutions while enabling global admins to have access to all locations for oversight and KPI reporting. Our implementation also allows for two separate support areas at each location: IT and HR. Each area has its own ticketing queue and agents.

While Rezolve.ai is already a robust application as it is, they seem committed to product development continually adding new features and functionality.

**What do you dislike about Rezolve.ai?**

Coming from another "market leader" ticketing system there were certain features that I had grown accustomed to using which are currently missing in Rezolve. But, as mentioned, their Development Team is continually adding new features and seems to be very receptive to suggestions, actually having already implemented some of my requests.

Their roll-out team has been great at getting us set up and ready to go. Our users are already comfortable with Microsoft Teams, so it was a no brainer to bring the help desk directly into Teams chat

The biggest struggle right now is that the product is so new. that many features that we used on previous help desk software are not available yet, or are only configurable by their team. We understand that these features are being worked on right now, or are on the roadmap for implementation in the next couple of months, so we are making due with a few workarounds until then.

**Recommendations to others considering Rezolve.ai:**

If you are looking for a new help desk system, don't hesitate to give Rezolve.ai a chance. Some work has to be done by the developers to get it in feature parity with other systems, but they are great at taking feedback and looking into implementing requests.

**What problems is Rezolve.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of our help desk incidents that come in can be resolved by the user with FAQ's, which we already had in our old help desk system, but the users would never look there first, they would just submit a ticket. Rezolve almost forces the users to go through the FAQ's due to the nature of conversational machine learning, where our  users ask the bot a question, and the bot will respond with any FAQ's that look like they might relate. This has a tremendous time saving potential for my team of 2 and a user base of around 200, saving our users from long waits for Help desk response times, and saving time for the Help Desk from dealing with issues that are quick fixes for the users.

Shifting users to self-support provides the users with help 24-hours a day at their convenience. For our departments, we need less staffing for support and can work on higher-value activities for the business. Establishing a knowledge base for the AI Bot helped the departments refine the service process. The AI Bot does an excellent matching the questions with the correct answers. We internally branded our bot and it is available on a mobile app, web, and Microsoft Teams. We were able to integrate it with our single-sign-on provider. Lastly, Resolve.ai is highly responsive and customer service oriented.

**What do you dislike about Rezolve.ai?**

We want to have the ability to remote desktop support for users that could not get help through the bot.

Think about using it across your departments. Rezolve.ai also can support custom integration and workflow.

Unlike legacy KBs or ticketing systems, the bot brings to the surface the actual questions our employees are asking that we don't have answers to.  It also makes it easy for IT staff to target the KB buildout effort based on the actual gaps.

The ticketing system seemed a little rough around the edges when we first start using it.  However, it has improved rapidly.

It has one of the best productivity enhancement initiatives that we have implemented.  It is easy to configure and get started. Design is intuitive and easy to use. Employees have easy access to HR help, and with time more information gets added based on interaction and exchange with the system enabling microlearning in specific areas.

Rezolve.ai helped us give users the guidance and tools to help them resolve day to day issues themselves 24/7.  This in turn allowed IT support time to focus on more complex and time consuming issues. The ease of the admin console in creating and updating our knowledge base as well as the dashboard which gives real time monitoring. Another great aspect, is the supervised learning, where we can quickly identify knowlege gaps and address them. We can then notify users, that the Bot has been trained with this new information. The multiplatform access from, web, mobile and teams gives users the flexibility to access via their preferred channel. Rezolve's customer service is top notch in responding and providing support when requested. When ever a new feature was requested it was quickly implemented.

At the moment not being able to build your own tasks.

The most time is building your knowledge base; everything is else is streamlined and easy to use.

**What do you like best about Rezolve.ai?**

I have worked with many Helpdesk software products over my 20 plus years, and this product is the only one that has taken a lot of the day-to-day common issues/tickets off our backs. 
 
If you work on a helpdesk team, you know you get those common questions that only take a few minutes to answer or redirect to the correct team, but they do take time away from your day to deal with.  Wouldn’t it be nice if you had someone on your team that automatically answers those issues without involving the rest of your team? This product does that! 

It is an A.I. that will be your helpdesk level 1 person. He/She/it will be the first “person” people contact to work their issue. There is some frontend work in training your new employee (we named our A. I. Ava), but after a few months of training the A.I., you will suddenly have that time to work on those new projects that have been waiting too long.

When we obtained this tool, I was the technician in charge of implementation/training the A.I.  We have a limited staff of general IT technicians, and we also are the helpdesk staff so, a lot of things fell on our plate. Many projects were piling up. I was skeptical that it would help, but I stuck it out and did the work to get the A.I. up and educated. And it paid off!! Phone calls and tickets to the helpdesk have dropped dramatically!

And what about a software purveyor that you can contact directly to fix or customize the product without waiting for the next release in a year or three. These guys and gals are on top of it and will fix an issue in a day and if we ask for a change, it happens. And they are constantly making updates to the interface to speed and shortcut ticket times (clicks to fill out a ticket and resolve it).

I still stay on top of the A.I. to educate her on any new issue, but even that takes very little of my time these days.

It will take some time to train the A.I. At first, He/She/IT can answer or figure out only some of the questions users ask. You will need to help it out by reviewing those questions it could not answer.  It will take time and effort, but it will pay off.

Phone calls and tickets to the helpdesk have dropped dramatically! Many of the common issues get resolved before we even know about them.

The onboarding team has been unlike any software installation team I have ever experienced. Their response to questions and requests is incredibly fast.  With a forever shrinking budget and lack of resources, having Rezolve.ai as the first level support to answer the easy questions will limit the amount of time my employees are fielding those requests.

**What do you dislike about Rezolve.ai?**

The software needs some small adjustments, like stopping the SLA clock when ticket is in any kind of pending status. I am told they are working on that for next phase.

**What problems is Rezolve.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to budget cuts, my staff has dwindled and we had to have a solution for our students and staff to automatically get solutions to their problems before creating a ticket for second-level support.
