What do you dislike about Rewardful?

It would be great if they added a function that allows you to see what links directed to people to your page. i.e. how your affiliates are promoting you.

"Rewardful is so easy"

What do you like best about Rewardful?

I run a paid communtiy and have been wanting to create a referral program for a long time. Rewardful took me only a few minutes to setup and is extremely easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rewardful solving and how is that benefiting you?

After evaluating multiple affiliate and referral platforms, I chose Rewardful because of its simplicity and SaaS-focused approach. Unlike other tools that try to do everything, Rewardful specializes in exactly what I needed—managing affiliate and referral programs for a subscription-based business.

The setup was seamless, the interface is intuitive, and the integrations with Stripe made it a no-brainer for tracking commissions and payouts effortlessly. It doesn't overwhelm you with unnecessary features but delivers exactly what’s required to run a scalable affiliate program.

"Great for affiliate programs for recurring memberships or subscriptions, with some caveats"

What do you like best about Rewardful?

Rewardful does exactly what you would hope a standard affiliate tool would do — except it also works for subscriptions and memberships.

Ultimately, I found it pretty easy to set up — and especially easy to track referrals, commissions, etc.

We now see referrals (ore renewals from referrals) coming in almost every day via Rewardful — and I have no plans to stop using it anytime soon.

I'm content with the number of features available — and am pleased to see new updates being added from time to time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rewardful?

I've been disappointed with rude or dismissive customer service experiences a number of times, unfortunately. But there are a few good team members that have helped when I've escalated to a manager. It's just frustrating to have to work so hard to advocate for myself.

I also found that several months went by where an integration with one of their partners had broken — which meant that new referrals were not measured. There was no failsafe or alert letting me know about this issue. I had to discover it on my own and alert the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rewardful solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're a small business without a lot of money to spend on advertising — especially because we don't always know if the advertising will pay off. Rewardful allows us to generously compensate partners who promote our subscription, giving them long-term commissions for every month that subscribers stay subscribed. What do you like best about Rewardful?

Pricing is sample and it's easy to manage affiliates and payouts form the admin panel. I also received a lot of help from customer support to integrate it as we use multiple stripe checkout options due to different pricing offers for our users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rewardful?

It would be gread to have an option to require affiliates to generate invoice/receipt within Rewardful dashbaord before they are elligible for their payout.
