I asked to dismiss my contract and they declined but oh of course they will if you pay the three year term in advance. I found it a profit enhancement misleading website service. THE CUSTOMER CARE I'VE FOUND TO BE GREAT AND HELPFUL WHEN I'VE NEEDED IT. THIS SITE IS EASY TO NAVIGATE AS A CONSUMER AND AS THE MANAGER. **What do you dislike about REW (Real Estate Webmasters)?** THE START UP PROCESS WAS A BIT DAUNTING AND I DIDN'T REALLY UNDERSTAND THE BIG PICTURE OFF THE BAT. WITH A LOT OF QUESTIONS AND CLARIFICATION I DEFINITELY GO THERE, BUT I WOULD HAVE LOVED A ROAD MAP TO BETTER UNDERSTAND FROM THE START. I'M NOT SUPER TECH-FORWARD BUT DO UNDERSTAND THINGS ONCE THEY'RE LAID OUT. THIS SITE PROVIDES A PLACE FOR AGENTS TO SHARE WITH THEIR CLIENTS AS WELL. ### 3. Watch out. I will jump on a zoom call and give you my experience. I've used Follow Up Boss, Sierra Interactive, CINC, & KV Core. I can give you an honest assessment and help your decision for free. Horrible company as you have read online. Watch out for fake reviews, find the real people that use them and check if that agent uses REW. You will find reviews from people who aren't even customers. The CRM is inferior to FUB, Sierra, and most others. The contracts are rock solid and they will send you to a collection agency if you sign it (they did to me before I even started because I tried to back out after one week). I got tricked By their sales department. Check the legal proceedings involving Real Estate Webmasters, some of the big brokerages have fallen for their deceit and misinformation. You will get a nice website with the Renaissance design, yes... but it will not rank for SEO like they claim. It has good set up for h1 h2 and breadcrumbs by default but it requires hundreds of hours of extra work. EXTRAS ARE ALL BILLED AT RIDICULOUS RATES. Customer service is unhelpful and refuses to help because they want you to pay their design department, the CRM is glitchy and definitely not user friendly. Don't expect an elite CRM like Follow Up Boss. Google Real Estate Web Masters reviews or check Reddit or Facebook private groups, because REW will likely try to bury the real experience. I'm still locked in for another year of a three year contract. Dont make the same mistake I did, my Sierra website brings thousands of leads, my REW website brings nothing and cost me the same amount. **What do you dislike about REW (Real Estate Webmasters)?** They pull a bait and switch. You need to understand what you will get. Don't fall for the sales pitch. That's why their is no trial period. Great support, tech help and videos to do it yourself or you can pay and have their team of techies do it for you. **What do you dislike about REW (Real Estate Webmasters)?** It's not cheap but like anything in this world you get what you pay for. If you want a great real estate website it won't be some canned website that 1000s of other realtors have. You have to spend a little dough to get a website that will rank. **What problems is REW (Real Estate Webmasters) solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem in real estate is there are some huge websites in this field, think Zillow, Trulia (owned by Zillow), Realtor.com (owned by Rupert Murdock - not owned by Realtors), on and on, so for realtors to get on page 1 of google is nearly impossible. It's much more than a website it's a platform that provides fantastic SEO, leads and social credibility. I've had two account managers over a couple years and they go above and beyond and have been extremely responsive. As someone who is pretty ignorant to a lot of the platform at first they worked with me and made sure I could take advantage of everything they have to offer. **What do you dislike about REW (Real Estate Webmasters)?** Not sure if I would say I dislike it, but I wouldn't suggest it to someone who wants it to just exist. It is a platform that has to be gradually built and improved and some of that responsibility is on the client. **What problems is REW (Real Estate Webmasters) solving and how is that benefiting you?** Typically real estate websites for agents are just subsites (if that's the right word) of brokerage sites. Their support, project management team, design team, programming team, and CEO are always available. They have their finger on the pulse of what our needs are and where we want to be. They hear what we're looking to accomplish and don't shove product down our throat but offer suggestions or ways to make our needs a reality. They also find very creative ways to make things look fresh and sharp. You need a partner that's willing to grow with you and truly count on your success. We had a hard time in real estate due to covid and they were very understanding and flexible with regards to payment solutions AND ways to help us pivot towards a virtual real estate market. We had our best year ever in 2020 with $4Billion in sales volume. To say that REW was a part of that would just be an understatement. **What do you dislike about REW (Real Estate Webmasters)?** I don't know if there's anything I dislike. I dislike that he has other clients. Stronger, better, faster with all the features both our agents and consumers want from us. We expect to see a huge return in brand recall satisfaction, user experience, and organic traffic increase. A website is the best long term investment for any real estate business. REW works hard to provide a superior, sophisticated, up-to-date and user-friendly product and an onboard experience that is both thorough and stress-free.
