The only complaint that I have is that the platform does so much I feel like I could be getting even more out of it. If there were more template dashboards that I could adjust for my company, I think that I would be more effective in creating the best dashboard for each user. RE makes reporting to our property managers, asset managers, and internal team members extremely easy with automated email reports. This saves time searching and collecting data and allows more time for our team to take action. RE has been instrumental in improving our reporting to our investors. They get easy to read graphs that tell the story of a properties performance. We appreciate the RE team as they have been great partners in achieving our goals, either taking special requests to improve our use and their product or quickly resolving an issue. All of our properties are integrated through our own Yardi license, except for one that is hosted on our property management companies Yardi instead. Revolution RE is able able to connect to each Property Management Solution and pull in all the data points that are essential for a full-scope business intelligence solution. Revolution provides the ability to customize and produce insights from standardized data. Across Real Estate, many institutions, and the systems they use, do not have consistent definitions for various data points. Revolution allows owners to benchmark performance across multiple PMCos and data systems that the PMCo uses. The ability to load any data into the system, create custom insights from all data fed into the system (whether manually uploaded or called through API), and benchmark performance across assets contribute to a strong use case for RE owners. Revolution is not a Business Intelligence product. However, it is tough to get user buy-in when they are looking for a BI product. Since it is not currently possible to benchmark performance against other owners, getting buy-in from a vertically integrated group (in-house PMCo that manages all of an owner's assets) is difficult.
