**What do you like best about Revolut People?**

What I liked best about Revolut People was having the entire employee lifecycle managed in one platform, from recruitment to employee management. It was easy to navigate, user-friendly, and helped streamline HR processes, especially for a small HR team. The support was also responsive, with quick assistance whenever issues or tickets were logged. Overall, it provided a smooth and efficient experience.

**What do you dislike about Revolut People?**

One downside is that the platform is not always as customizable as needed, which can make certain processes more difficult to achieve. While it offers a wide range of functionality, some areas can be complex to navigate, and the available resources and templates are occasionally outdated. This can make it more time-consuming to implement changes or find the right solution, often requiring support assistance to resolve issues.

One of the biggest benefits was reducing manual administrative work. Having everything managed within a single system eliminated the need for multiple spreadsheets and workarounds, making HR processes more efficient, streamlined, and easier to manage.

**What do you like best about Revolut People?**

Honestly the biggest win for us has been the customer success side: our CSM Sahil is incredibly responsive, actually understands our recruitment workflow, and follows up on things without us having to chase. Whenever I've flagged a gap or asked for help configuring something, he gets back fast and loops in the right people. That kind of support makes a real difference when you're running TA across multiple markets.

**What do you dislike about Revolut People?**

Still feels like it's catching up to more established recruitment platforms. Some of the pipeline customisation, reporting, and automation options are more limited than what I'm used to. Integrations with sourcing tools and job boards could also be deeper. None of it is a dealbreaker, but if you're a heavy technical recruiter, there's some compromise on a few "nice to haves" for now. Looking forward to seeing the roadmap deliver here.

**What problems is Revolut People solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's consolidating candidate pipeline, feedback loops, and the day-to-day HR admin, which saves my team a real amount of context-switching. Having a single source of truth on where candidates are in the process makes coordination with hiring managers way easier, and reduces the "wait, which tool is this in?" back-and-forth on Slack. It's also cut down on manual status updates and helped us keep cleaner records for compliance, which matters a lot in the life sciences/FDA-regulated roles we hire for. It's not solving everything yet - we still lean on other tools for deeper and more accurate metric reporting - but as a central hub it's doing the job, and Sahil has been great at helping us shape the setup around how we actually work rather than forcing us into a default template.

What I like best about Revolut People:

- The integration with DocuSign is especially helpful for managing bulk electronic signatures efficiently and streamlining document workflows

**What do you dislike about Revolut People?**

What I dislike about RP: 

- The platform is still evolving, so we experience frequent bugs and often need to raise support tickets
- Reporting and analytics could be more advanced and flexible (for example, having a dedicated overtime report would be very useful)
- Time-off policy configuration can be frustrating, if you need to edit certain settings, the system often does not allow it and you have to recreate the policy from scratch
- As an admin onboarding and learning the platform, some actions feel unnecessarily restrictive, such as not being able to delete recorded leave entries for employees or remove archived time-off policies
- Permissions management feels rigid in some areas, with limited customization options (for example, not being able to hide seniority information from employees, or restricting line managers from accessing sensitive documents like contracts)
- Lack of integration with Microsoft Teams limits the usability of the AI features for 1:1 meetings and collaboration workflows

**What problems is Revolut People solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Revolut People is solving the problem of fragmented HR processes and tool overload. Prior to using it, we relied on both BambooHR and PerformYard, which are both strong platforms, but switching between multiple systems created additional overhead for employees and managers.

Revolut People brought everything into one centralized platform at a lower cost, making processes more streamlined and user-friendly. It will also help us centralize employee documentation and simplify workflows through integrated e-signature capabilities via DocuSign.

**What do you like best about Revolut People?**

What I like best about Revolut People is having HR management, Engagement, and Reviews all in one platform instead of stitching together three or four separate tools. It cuts down on admin overhead — no more exporting data between systems to run an engagement survey or track review cycles, everything lives in the same place with the same employee data underneath it. It's also good value for money: for the price of one platform we get functionality we'd otherwise pay for across multiple point solutions, which matters a lot for a smaller team where budget for HR tooling is tight. Customer support has also been great — a specific shoutout to our account manager, Ginevra Orlandi Contucci, who's been responsive and helpful whenever we've had questions

**What do you dislike about Revolut People?**

What I dislike about Revolut People is that it isn't the easiest platform to set up on your own — the settings are fairly complex, and I wasn't able to configure everything myself; I had to lean on support to get it fully set up. There's also no mobile app, which is a real gap for time management specifically, since employees can't clock in/out or check schedules on the go. Lastly, it would be great if Revolut People could link directly with Revolut Business so we could track expenses and have everything — HR and finance — in one place, rather than managing them as separate systems.

**What problems is Revolut People solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We mainly use Revolut People as our core HR management tool — storing and tracking employee personal information and time management in one system instead of spreadsheets or multiple disconnected tools. We also use it for pulse surveys, which gives us a quick, regular read on employee sentiment without having to set up and run surveys separately. The main benefit is consolidation: less admin overhead and one source of truth for HR data, time tracking, and engagement feedback.

It’s a comprehensive platform where everything you need; administration, recruitment, and performance management is in one place, which is amazing for mid-size companies. It gives you a great overview of employees, and it’s an intuitive platform with an excellent UX/UI design that made employees onbaording so easy.

**What do you dislike about Revolut People?**

We ran into issues with Microsoft integration, and from what I’ve heard the platform works better with the Google one. Even with the technical problems we faced, the support team was great, and we were able to resolve everything in the end.

It’s clear the platform is still young, but the pace of development and bug fixes gives me a lot of confidence that it’s moving in the right direction.

Revolut People was the first HRIS implemented in the company, and it solved a large number of repetitive tasks. It replaced a bunch of Excel sheets that no one could ever find when they needed specific information, and it brought everything together in one place instead of having it spread across two different cloud providers.

All the information, from the recruitment process through HR onboarding, is stored in one place. Candidate profiles, employee profiles, and performance management are all connected within a single platform.

**What do you dislike about Revolut People?**

The analytics section is not good at all. The time management part—especially the clock-in and clock-out process—needs new features and more capabilities to establish a better management system for this workflow. Integration with other tools and APIs is also not that good. The queries are really hard to understand: it’s unclear where the data is coming from or how the calculations are being made. Because of that, it’s not easy to create dashboards with tools such as Power BI. The pricing is high compared to competition

- The UX is difficult to follow, and the overall flow isn’t very intuitive. 
- The system also isn’t as customisable as I would have liked, which makes it harder to set things up exactly the way I want. However the team are good at helping with workarounds.

The CV screening functionality/UX is great - makes it super efficient to move through large batches of applicants, and there is really good automation/customisation available to manage interview invites or rejections. The integrations with our calendars etc is quite smooth too, and the AI assistant feature (though needing some work) is a great addition. More broadly, the Customer Success rep we have, Sahil, is super helpful and has always been happy to jump on a call to walk me through something. For the price, it's a great platform, particularly for recruiting

Bugs and UI issues are present but can be raised easily. Some organisational stuff (like holiday policies etc) are not very intuitive

I like that Revolut People has the ethos of promoting a high performing culture built into it. It's designed to help with many processes across the employee experience without needing heavy customization, which was a big reason for our switch. The engagement side is really helpful, especially for identifying what high performers care about. They also make improvements pretty regularly, which has been helpful to see even in the six months we've been using it.

**What do you dislike about Revolut People?**

The UI is difficult to navigate with a lot of duplication in buttons. We find it pretty counterintuitive, though there have been improvements even in the short time we've been using it (6 months). The setup side of things was moderately difficult, often requiring time to find obvious answers with our Account Manager.

Revolut People helps us identify our strongest performers (i.e. who to recognise and promote) and where people might be struggling and need support quickly to get back to top form, fitting deliverables skills and behaviours into reviews so that all aspects of performance are covered. The system replaced multiple tools for us: HRIS, recruitment, performance management, and goal-tracking software. It also offers plenty of integrations to link smoothly with the other tools we already use. The performance management features are powerful and highly effective, and the system is constantly evolving with regular updates and new features.

Like any software, you will run into occasional glitches. But these are becoming less and less frequent over time as the platform updates.

It really makes things easier, since I can work from a single platform instead of switching between different tools. Also, the customer support team is amazing.

Most of our pain points are around integrations, notifications, and AI endpoints, although this has been improving every month or so.

I use all of Revolut People's modules including performance, HRIS, and the ATS. I appreciate the job posting and applicant tracking, leave tracking, and the core employee information collection and tracking. I value the performance reviews and the competency matrix. It's very simple to get up and running, and I like the granular configuration, especially around the performance module. Some other tools don't even allow this level of detailed configuration.

We migrated from BambooHR and are pleased that vacation calculations now comply with European law, which differs from the US and was not fully supported in Bamboo.

Regarding support, Revolut People provide excellent assistance with response times of under a day and problem resolution in less than a week for most issues we encountered. Their eagerness to improve gives us confidence that this platform can meet our short-term and long-term needs.

The pricing is flexible and they do not impose a "minimum fee," which is ideal for us as a small startup.

The migration process was remarkably easy; Revolut People offers all the necessary tools to import your data from any platform via a convenient CSV format.

As with any young platform, they do have bugs. This is the only way to proceed; as I mentioned, they are happy to accept tickets and resolve them. Therefore, I shouldn't encounter any serious issues with that.

Slack integration and DocuSign integration aren't straightforward to configure, but we were able to resolve it through the support team. I hope to see them improve integrations over time.

**What do you like best about Revolut People?**

As early adopters, we're thrilled to be part of the initial stages of the platform. As an IT service company, we especially appreciated the early collaboration on debugging and refining the tool.

Our top priority was finding a new performance management system.  We conducted extensive research and, among the many options available, Revolut's new platform stood out. It covers not only skill matrices and personal growth, but also people management and recruitment modules.

We appreciate the features that simplify employee management, such as document storage, time-off tracking, and tools for career growth, skillset management, seniority tracking, and performance management.  The performance management system also considers company values, in addition to hard and soft skills. The goal-setting feature is excellent for management teams, and the deliverables feature is beneficial for our delivery teams.

Our relationship with Revolut People goes beyond a typical B2B service. We feel like we're part of the platform's development. Even though we're a medium-sized company, they listen to our requests and suggestions for improvement.  Their response time for reported issues is outstanding.

**What do you dislike about Revolut People?**

While the tool is still evolving, and despite the rapid pace of new feature implementation, there's definitely room for further development. Comparing it to established competitors wouldn't be fair, as Revolut People is still in its early stages. Some bugs are still present, and the constant changes sometimes lead to confusion about where features are located, or whether new features have unintentionally affected existing functionality.

We're still missing some key functionalities that other tools offer, and which we'll need in the near future. However, we understand that these are on the roadmap.

Our top priority is establishing clear career paths for our employees. We need to be able to see where they stand in terms of their skills, identify which hard and soft skills they need to develop, and enable leaders to assess team performance and set specific, actionable goals to support individual growth.

Our organization have seen significant improvements in talent performance, and our inbound role applications have increased by 180%, and helped us build a talent bank to swiftly recruit or backfil when new roles open up. 

The implimentation was smooth and the Revolut CS team helped us from start to finish, and helped us solve problems beyond our initial scope.

The tool is easy to use and administrate so we can automate employee engagement and set tangible goals. 
We use Revolut People every day for all things people, and it integrates well with our LinkedIn talent page and Microsoft 365 tools, which helps us streamline all day to day tasks.

We are overall happy about the tool as well as the support we received in setting us up for success!

**What do you dislike about Revolut People?**

We have not yet encountered any areas if the tool that we dislike. In fact, as first movers on the platform we have seen a number of new product features launching, such as Microsoft 365 integrations, and we are excited to see what else could be on the roadmap. 

Our recommendations for the future would be: 

- Integrated Awards / Nominations so employees can nominate individuals who have gone the extra mile for the business, which would help us drive cultural impact as well as directly add awards to people's performance page. 

- FinTech integrations would help us even further if Revolut could apply their financial services to the product, such as payroll, expenses, and invoicing. 

Overall, the product is incredibly helpful, affordable, and easy to use. We would recommend it SMBs / SMEs who is in the need of revisiting their people management tools.

**What problems is Revolut People solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The initial scope was for us to improve the quality of our performance reviews. We had little to no proper tools in place that could sufficiently help us set tangible goals. 

The tool helps you set expectations to individuals tailored around their function and seniority, with concrete examples of skills they should possess to meet or exceed expecations. 
As a result of this, we can rate people accurately, reduce the employee connects by 20 min, and align on goals in no time, by mapping the self-review against the manager review, and find mutual ground. 

We recently had our first performance review after moving to Revolut People, and the entire cycle went beyond our expectations. 

For TA, we improved our application rate signicantly, and we automated the recruitment process so everyone can get a response regardless of interviews progress without taxing on our HR resources. 
We now collaborate directly in Revolut People, where candidate communications, interview scheduling, and feedback summary is done.

We cannot connect to Linear as our roadmap tool to be able to link team performance to roadmap deliverables. Revolut People does have the integration with Jira at the moment and are looking to implement something similar for Linear but it will be only early next year

Org design and layout, skills added for various roles that can be configured and adjusted as well as levels already brought through.

The platform itself strikes a great balance: it's complex enough to offer depth but remains easy to use. There's ample room for customisation, allowing us to adapt it to our specific needs, which has been very important for us as a small, modern company. The tool is visually appealing, features smooth data import functionality, and is user-friendly overall. Onboarding was seamless, too.

We haven’t explored every feature yet, but the performance review tool has been a standout—easy to set up and roll out. The org chart feature has also been very helpful, especially for new joiners.

The foundation here is performance management, created by the company where performance matters the most. The product also comes with pre-made templates, scorecards, and descriptions. Not all data-gathering sections (such as diversity data) can be switched off. In time-off management, there is information overload without the option to hide redundant information.

- The use of scorecards ( not able to completely disable the scorecards - need to select seniority level etc)
