  ### 1. Poor Lead Quality, Repeated No-Shows, and Frustrating Refund Process

**What do you like best about Lead Generation Services?**

The best part was that RevNew did make some adjustments after we raised concerns, including shifting more outreach toward email and LinkedIn, adding a U.S.-based caller, and agreeing to record calls upon request for quality control.

They were also responsive in the email thread, even though we ultimately disagreed with their position and were not satisfied with the outcome.

That said, the positives were outweighed by the poor lead quality, repeated no-shows, and the amount of time we spent trying to resolve the campaign issues.

**What do you dislike about Lead Generation Services?**

The biggest issue was the quality of the results. We experienced repeated no-shows, poor lead quality, and prospects that did not appear to be properly qualified before being placed on our calendar.

We also had concerns around the quality of phone outreach. Prospects told us the initial outreach negatively impacted their perception of our company, which was especially concerning because brand reputation is very important in our market.

We raised these concerns multiple times and asked to end the campaign early with a refund minus the attended appointments that were actually delivered. RevNew denied the early refund request and continued to push for the campaign to run through the full term and make-good period.

Overall, the service created more work and frustration for our team than value.

**What problems is Lead Generation Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We hired RevNew’s lead generation services to help solve the problem of building outbound pipeline and booking qualified sales conversations with U.S.-based businesses.

In theory, the service was supposed to save our internal team time by handling prospecting, outreach, appointment setting, and lead qualification so we could focus on demos and closing opportunities.

Unfortunately, in our experience, it did not solve that problem effectively. We dealt with repeated no-shows, poor lead quality, and prospects that did not appear to be properly qualified before being placed on our calendar. Instead of saving time, the campaign created more work for our team because we had to review lead quality, follow up on missing qualification details, prepare for calls that did not happen, and repeatedly raise concerns with their team.

The only benefit was that we did receive a small number of attended meetings, but overall the service did not deliver the reliable, qualified pipeline we expected.

The best i like about lead generation is it is on email, minimum calling, easy handling tools like apollo.io, smart reach.io, comparatively best tools than the competitors

not a dislike i would say but need to be on a trial basis firstly, everything works properly, by increasing the trial basis and credits, increase trial basis and credits

Yes you can go with lead generation services as it is rapidly growing in market and those you want to 4x there revenue they can switch to lead generations

**What problems is Lead Generation Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead generation takes total care of leads and is nurtured properly till the deal is not closed, timely follow-up etc and yes its more productive, yes business performance has increased by 4x

A great LG partner helps us to identify Ideal Customers, create marketing campaigns & monitor market trends, write engaging sales copy, and work consistently with the marketing & sales team to meet the weekly/monthly target.

**What do you dislike about Lead Generation Services?**

I don't find anything least helpful about Lead Generation Services. If we talk about the downside of LG partners then ROI is the biggest aspect, quality vs quantity of leads, process or technique of generating leads, knowledge about your business-specific field etc.

if you are looking for Lead Generation services then ask key questions before signing the agreement.
