Onboarding / implementation was ineffective. We had challenges from day 1 of implementation and most of our needs require additional product to be built.
There is a steep learning curve that did not result in rep buy in. Contacts need to be added via CSV, which we thought would be a breeze but only slowed down the process and created more of a data mess.
The platform in general is not very intuitive in it's workflow.
The dialer component has been mediocre in comparison with other tools - hard to distinguish how much of this is related to the poor data flow. Only one number can be added into a dial sequence, which is a challenge if you have multiple phone numbers for one prospect.
Initially, the activity did not speak directly to the CRM until deal creation. A workaround is being created.
The LLM driven emails are very cool, but take training time.
All in all, this is not a tool that can be used for an organization with scale / growth out of the box and will take significant training time for both the tool and the models behind the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
