What do you dislike about Revintel?

While the tool is powerful, the customer support could be more responsive. There have been instances where our queries took longer than expected to be addressed. What do you dislike about Revintel?

If I talk about dislike, so they do not have a good support system, chat support is very low, and they take too much time to give a solution for that particular question, so yes, this is what I found as a dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No api support.also there are so many alternatives found in market in low price compared to it. No fixed price . Need to improve support. Chat support not available always . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Revintel solving and how is that benefiting you?

It should be called a revenue manager for your business. Can build analyse custom dashboards, compare reports, generate real time campaign performance and help you for decesion making about rates performance etc. No complex spreadsheet making knowledge or programming knowledge required.
