
I like the ability to easily make a campaign on the fly, to schedule it, to dial down the segment to specifics, and to track the metrics. It’s easy to use which makes the process efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don’t like how segments can’t be favorited anymore. We have segments for our transactional campaigns and have to sort through tons of segments our marketing department creates. I don’t like how once a segment is used it can’t be deleted or archived. I don’t like how you can’t mass delete profiles of guests- especially if they have unsubscribed. I don’t like how you can’t label and thus search your photos. I don’t like how you can’t duplicate a transactional campaign. For example if I want to make a duplicate of my standard confirmation and just have minor changes I have to build it from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
