I absolutely love this platform. Their dashboard is intuitive and full of great features, like review nuggets. Best of all, the customer support they offer is unbelievable. They are easily accessed and very responsive. Most recently, they were happy to take a look at my site, suggest some features, implement them in a test environment, tweak them to my liking, and then install those features to my Shopify site. We're in the process of migrating from a different reviews platform, and the customer service has been top notch. With the help of Leila Fatehi, the Customer Sucess Executive, and Adam from support were vital in assisting me with the integration with our Magento 2 store and getting our templates/flows set up.
