We've been with reviews.co.uk for years and have always been very happy with their service. Ths system does all that we need and, if we encounter issues they are quick to repsond and get problems resolved quickly. I haven't looked at any other app for years. Reviews.io has been an integral part of my company. I have been with them for over 6 years and have never considered another review provider since. The platform is easy to use and easy to customize to your specific needs and to match your branding. The videos and guides make it easy to set up a variety of different tools: review collections Boost emails, videos, flows and widgets to display the reviews on site...Just brilliant.

What has most impressed my though is the customer support. They helped with a few set up questions...and then when there was a problem with my integration after about a month (probably due to updates by my e-commerce platform) they worked hard to fix the issue.

Easy to navigate with handy tutorials when new content is added. Feedback is easy to share on widgets and has great customer service. Love the ability to have multiple review templates - we created one for each engineer so that the reviews become more personalised. We use the platform every week and have had great feedback from the reviews themselves - new customers have commented on how our reviews aided in their decision to choose us. We looked to use REVIEWS.io after having several months of poor service from Trustpilot, what we liked was the simplicity for reviewers.

Reviewers don't need to sign up for an account and the landing page is fully customisable with toggleable features and branding that actually feels like your own.

REVIEWS.io does not back you into a corner to subscribe to their top tier like other platforms and getting in touch with them is super easy, every time met with friendly helpful support from Maddox, Dan or Daniel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
