Our account rep Pheenix is the standout from our switch to reviews.io, she's helped us with the difficulties of switching over - especially with creative solutions for items that are unique to our business. She's proactive in helping us make use of the full system and is always available for meetings when we need her. We have more features she's showed us that we're planning on adding after the rush of BFCM and are excited to test them out and see how they raise both the value and the volume of reviews we receive. The system itself is relatively easy to navigate, and support is always prompt and helpful with any questions. The gorgias integration has been key in winning over our customer care team, as they're able to respond to reviews directly from their hub instead of needing to log in every day. They're also very happy about the ability to ask for a review to be edited after resolving any conflicts noted in reviews, which has come in very handy for customers that don't reach out with any intial complaints and instead wait for the review request. Out of the box, there are features necessary for our business that weren't available. We've needed to put in a lot of effort on both our side and pushing on the reviews.io side to ensure our platform is where we need it, but so far we've been able to find workarounds for most of them. I'd love to see the widgets perform a bit faster, as they are faster than the Yotpo widgets but are still making a lot of unnecessary calls that make them perform a little slower than is ideal. The customer service made it truly outstanding. I had some trouble getting my specific set-up to work, but Adam greatly helped me out, with different suggestions of what would look nicer and what would work better for us at SNURK and of course with SNURK's clientele, and being very patient with my (endless) questions.

Adam with the help of Kai did a stunning job of helping me get Reviews.io for SNURK off the ground.

I've been truly delighted at the level of service received.

We've found Reviews.IO a very user friendly platform to use and had no issues integrating it with our Magento 2 website. The customer support via Live Chat is first class, and the team at Reviews.IO are always on hand to help with any queries.
