Reivews from our customers are now readily available on our website and our reviews page. Over time these have become very numerous and helped in a massive way to build our brand and our best selling points are communicated by our customers themselves. The most helpful tool is the reputation management feauture, where you can funnel your customers to other review platforms. It has a nice feature to modify the percentage of reviewers that you can push to each platform, so I can modify and tweak on a month to month basis. It's was also easily integrated in to my website. I havn't yet found a downside. The company isn't as recognisable as Trustpilot, however due to the feauture I mentioned you can accumulate trustpilot reviews and manage your reputation through Reviews.io and half the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been using Review.io for a few years. We really like their integrations with our website. Their customer support is excellent. Our clients are very happy to use their platform to interact and leave us reviews. We have also seen positive increase in our customer enquiries since launching Reviews.io to integrate and publish reviews on our website. I like the simplicity of it. You can easily connect it to your shop and/or use alle of the other many integrations they offer.
