I find myself a bit lost within the platform, given its complexity. Additionally, I would appreciate having more control over the reviews that are published on my website, as some of them seem unfairly negative and entirely out of place compared to the rest. Livechat is always swift and resourceful. Daniel specifically, always been 10/10 when I have spoken to him.

There is not much support outside of livechat, no mention of a dedicated AM to assist with any queries.
Cannot buy a bolt-on/booster for review quantity and an agent I spoke to in a meeting regarding upgrading my account stated my request was not possible and he'd need to speak to delevopers, I followed up again and was told this cannot happen. Livechat confirmed this and had it complete within 20-seconds.
Reviews.IO builds and it supports but TrustPilot seems to hold more weight in the market.
Only way to look after both is an enterprise plan (as 2.5k is not enough), and then reputation manager which is pretty much the same price as my quote from TrustPilot all in total.

Our integration was not straightforward (nothing to do with reviews.io). Lots of testing, back and forth interaction, and patience was required during the whole process.
As hard as it was, these guys made the project easier by simply being present, super helpful, Zero-pressure and timely in their communications.

Reviews.io is easy to use, offers helpful features and has a very good customer support. My favourite tool / function is the attributes function. There you can define your own attributes that can be rated by customers. (e.g size fit: from too small to too big) So other customers get an idea how good a specific products fits. I have to say, this is the best customer service I have ever received from a SAAS provider. Normally you have to go through painful meetings to do an integration and the process takes forever, but with Reviews.io, they've provided a super simple and easy live chat facility, where you can talk to a knowledgable human being, ping them questions as you and not have to wait weeks for a scheduled integration catch up or days for an email response. All this, at no extra cost! No professional services charges, just simply a helpful person to chat to in real-time, to get you over the nuances of using a new platform. It's made the onboarding journey infinitely quicker and letting us go to market almost immediately, without weeks of back and forth.
Kudos to the live chta team (Shout out to Adam and Kai) and Reviews.io for doing things differently. I honestly think the integration and initial onboarding is the moment of truth whether you'll have a long term relationship with a provider, or if you'll never get off the ground through lack of support and non-existent or antiquated onboarding processes. This has been a dream so far and I would highly recommend you guys on the back of this. Honeslty nothing of note so far - the platform is easy to use, integrations are seamless and we were up and running and integrated into our eCommerce platform, our CRM and able to send Review Booster campaigns in an afternoon. Simply incredible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have not had a bad experience with them. They frequently check to see if we are happy and what else they can do to make our experience better. I'm yet to start using the system, but the switch from old supplier to reviews.IO was made so much more simple thanks to Adam in the support team. Really impressed with the customer service so far! First of all, every review has to come from a verified buyer. That feature is crucial regarding our trustworthiness towards customers. Secondly, I like the flexibility and the different presentation options on the website. Also, the Chat support is very quick and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Software's learning curve and it's UX. After having experienced similar softwares (not necessarely direct competitors), I feel there is room from improvement. Especially when setting up emails, email flows and journeys, and its tracking and reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
