Really great reviews platform for us. We switched from a different reviews platform around one year ago and it has been amazing. We now have increased our review capture by around 200%. There are regular updates and we now have video review requests working via Klaviyo (CRM) which really allows us to offer a personal touch to requesting a review.

The customer support is also first class. Adam has been incredible with guidance and helping us to integrate our reviews via Klaviyo. He has gone above and beyond for us and it is so appreciated. The entire support system is great though - if ever there is an issue I can use the chat function to help to get the issue resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We found Reviews.io to be the most robust platform that we have tried to date. From the back end to the published widgets on the website, the whole look and feel is more professional and less glitchy than solutions we used beforehand.

Migration was made easy by their support, especially Adam who was very helpful when it came to moving our reviews over from Stamped.io. Glenn and Connor have also been very helpful during the whole process.

Since activating the review invites, we have seen an encouraging pick up on both Company and Product reviews.

Looking at everything Review.io have to offer, it is easy to see why they come so highly recommended. We cannot wait to get our teeth in to the additional features that they offer on their reviews platform with the long term vision of incorporating their loyatly platform, Influence.io as well. This might just be the way we have set up the reviews invites but our customers are leaving company reviews thinking that they are leaving product reviews. It might just take some small changes to the invite email and all will be good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
