"Fabulous support team, and a system that makes work easier."

What do you like best about REVIEWS.AI?

The system itself makes consolidating customer feedback in one space so much easier. It saves me several hours per week by generating reports, flagging any potential issues, and by simply being a system simple enough that anyone can use. It means that people within my company can find the answers they want through this platform, and not by asking me. Accessibilty of customer feedback is amazing!

We can't forget a huge shoutout to the support team. Whenever there are bugs or issues, or I just have questions, I know that I'll receive a near immediate response with a solution. "They respond VERY quickly and are great at acting upon your requests"

What do you like best about REVIEWS.AI?

There honestly isn't much to dislike. You get your reviews lined up and can easily manage them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering REVIEWS.AI:

Honestly, it is a great tool with people that are quick to respond and help you.

So it is exactly what you'd want, especially if you are dealing with hundreds and thousands of reviews. If you are dealing with Thousands of reviews then you would be very happy with RevMon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is REVIEWS.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

"Leading the Industry"

What do you like best about REVIEWS.AI?

Review Monitoring is the best review scraping and aggregating platform for online product reviews for sites like Amazon, Walmart.com, and many others. They are continually improving and are very open to user feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about REVIEWS.AI?

Keeping scraping software up to date is a challenge for this space in general. Occasional review count and other data errors creep up as product listings change, but they are quick to fix things when alerted. It's just a fact that this is a challenge to anyone in this space. Recommendations to others considering REVIEWS.AI:

Just talk to them and do the demo. It's work investigating. Know that there are some limitations with all scraping based platforms, so ask questions when you have them. The Review Monitoring team is quick to provide support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been using Review Monitoring to track reviews for similar products on different sites and aggregate feedback. We also use it as a mechanism to see all recent reviews that need posted replies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about REVIEWS.AI?

Still a small company so bugs and product confusion can happen. Nothing that hasn't been solved with an email to the team, however. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
