I like the reports function in order to stay abrest of the reviews that are coming in from multiple sites. I like the fact that I can submit 120 customers per month in order to generate positive and negative private and public feedback. Monitoring is much easier using this platform than others. We now create a Reviews page on each of our client's websites do display testimonials their clients have given them. We make this part of our Local SEO package and it's a client favorite.
