What do you like best about ReviewGrow?

The automated SMS and email sequences are by far the most impactful feature of this platform. For a busy dental practice like Aspire, manually asking every patient for a Google review simply wasn't scalable. ReviewGrow has completely automated this workflow; it sends out a personalized request right after a patient completes their appointment. The conversion rate from request to actual review has been phenomenal. I also really appreciate the centralized dashboard, which allows our front-desk team to respond to all patient feedback from one place, ensuring no negative comment goes unaddressed. What do you dislike about ReviewGrow?

While the core functionality is excellent, I’d love to see a more robust mobile app for the admin side. Currently, responding to reviews on the go via a mobile browser can be a bit clunky compared to the desktop experience. Additionally, more customizable reporting templates for monthly performance meetings would be a great addition. We currently have to export the data and format it manually for our board presentations. However, these are minor refinements for a tool that delivers such a high ROI in terms of digital reputation. What do you like best about ReviewGrow?

Operating a busy restaurant like Blue Wave Bistro & Café means we have hundreds of interactions daily, but getting guests to share their positive experiences online used to be a struggle. What I like most about ReviewGrow is its automated review acquisition system. The ability to send a quick text message or email right after a guest's visit has skyrocketed our feedback volume. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, allowing our floor managers to track sentiment in real-time. What do you dislike about ReviewGrow?

There isn't much to complain about as the tool does exactly what it promises. However, I would love to see more visual customization options for the landing pages where guests leave their feedback. Being in the hospitality industry, brand aesthetics are very important to us, so more control over colors and layouts would be a great bonus. Additionally, an integrated social media sharing tool that automatically posts our best 5-star reviews to our Instagram or Facebook feed would be an amazing time-saver for our marketing team. What do you like best about ReviewGrow?

Managing a high-volume auto repair facility like Precision Auto Performance means our hands are always full with technical work, often leaving our digital reputation neglected. What I like most about ReviewGrow is how it automates the entire feedback loop. The SMS-based review requests are incredibly effective for our industry clients are much more likely to leave a rating while they are picking up their vehicle. The dashboard is intuitive and allows us to monitor our standing across multiple platforms without manually checking each one. What do you dislike about ReviewGrow?

The platform is very robust, but I would like to see more advanced CRM integrations specifically for automotive shop management software. While the current CSV upload and Zapier hooks work well, a native integration would save us even more time. Also, adding a more detailed "Sentiment Analysis" feature in the reporting tab would help us identify specific service areas (like brake work or transmission) where customers are consistently happiest or suggesting improvements.
