
The automated SMS and email sequences are by far the most impactful feature of this platform. For a busy dental practice like Aspire, manually asking every patient for a Google review simply wasn't scalable. ReviewGrow has completely automated this workflow; it sends out a personalized request right after a patient completes their appointment. The conversion rate from request to actual review has been phenomenal. I also really appreciate the centralized dashboard, which allows our front-desk team to respond to all patient feedback from one place, ensuring no negative comment goes unaddressed. While the core functionality is excellent, I’d love to see a more robust mobile app for the admin side. Currently, responding to reviews on the go via a mobile browser can be a bit clunky compared to the desktop experience. Additionally, more customizable reporting templates for monthly performance meetings would be a great addition. We currently have to export the data and format it manually for our board presentations. However, these are minor refinements for a tool that delivers such a high ROI in terms of digital reputation.
