That it is like a software directed by a company, meaning if you are a user or former employee who wants to leave opinions, it is not possible, it is complex to obtain the software and personally I also feel that it loses the sense of security, both of the data and of those who leave reviews, since the opinions can be biased, even if they handle the "anonymity" mode, I think that if a company really wants to know what the workers think, they should look outside because that is where the true opinion is, not creating a controlled environment that is clearly biased in one way or another. I would honestly have more faith in Glassdoor, it gives you scores from many evaluable areas in a company, they give a score to the company and you also find opinions from direct workers or former employees, and the most important thing is that it is easy to access, free and within everyone's reach, both companies and people who leave opinions.
