The team is blazing through an aggressive dev roadmap (sweet)... but as such, the documentation for new feature sets is running behind (so it's a good thing their support is spot on). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some features take longer to develop inside the platform than other things, which takes time. I hate waiting sometimes. But they are doing a good job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
