Personal Service. I emailed with a general question about our account, and expected an auto-generated "check out FAQs" reply. Instead a LIVE person CALLED me to talk through my question. Jordan was quick to listen and assist! This is top-notch service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revetize?

...Maybe I would like the option to customize SMS messages per customer from the send screen, in addition to the current overall custom message? That might actually already be an option.. But it isn't something we have needed so far, so I haven't checked. Overall, I haven't seen anything I actually dislike and we have been using it for a long time now.
