You can share easily and try new ideas inside your organizations. Also you can find if someone thinks the same and can help you get the things done. You can easily navigate between great ideas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface looks old. I'd like to have a user experience improved interface. The text is very small and is not so easy to read. It should be more intuitive. Sometimes when you are trying to make experiments you could get a little lost in the current interface and is not so easy to get back and forth.

I like the interface, as it is easy to detect new ideas and see them as well as to know who created them. It also has a good structure when it is required to upload an idea since it asks for certain parameters that make you think about how to structure or build the idea to make it solid. Another important point is that people not only give an idea but also look at other aspects such as investment, savings, the way to present it, and how to implement it on the ground. The points system seems to me a correct way to rate the ideas, but I think it can improve by taking more aspects of each idea into account since they are all different, and in my opinion, not all can be rated the same. When you want to search for an idea, the search engine takes too long. This causes that when someone wants to check if a similar idea exists, they cannot find it and it gets repeated. Filters or some time could be implemented in case the idea is repeated but has no follow-up, allowing you to continue with it yourself and not discard it because someone else already did it. Since the implementation of rever in the company, savings have increased drastically, as well as improvement ideas. As a positive point, I see that people can present their improvement ideas in a more dynamic way and especially with visual aid, thus facilitating their implementation. It practically changes the company's culture and creates an environment of improvement with the operators and employees, which helps us achieve continuous improvement day by day. Actually, I don't see any negative points in the application, the only thing that could be improved would be the way points are given within the application, since not all ideas have the same impact on the company. Many times ideas have an economic impact that, from my point of view, should have some extra points. Not all ideas are taken with the same level of interest, probably due to the degree of impact they represent, so it would be good to give special attention to those ideas that are falling behind and thus achieve 100%. Another point that I see as a bit weak is that there is no reward plan for people who are consistent in generating and implementing ideas, which often leads to people losing interest in continuous participation. I really like the environment that has the application makes me very intuitive, this makes it easy for production people to generate savings and best of all to follow up on each of them, I really like that the coach can follow up on the ideas from any place and at any time just to enter the application, basically the application came to facilitate the entire generation of savings to the company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I liked almost everything in the application but if I could improve something would be to place some graphics that give real time that advance are carried with savings, I think you should also be able to set savings goals by the company and be able to visualize how It is progressing, it also needs to be able to earn badges every time a certain level is reached to be recognized in the application. - From my particular standpoint, there´s a very good opportunity area to engage the top management and the value stream leadership in my company so, by training to this group in a very agressive way in topics such lean, finance and root cause analysis, the value stream could cascade down and push forward the lean principals then, the frontline will be higly motivated and the whole ideas would be overwhelming.
