Being within the Salesforce architecture allows for a lot of customizability. Also, Revenova does a good job overall of updating and releasing new features and stay in cadence with the Salesforce quarterly updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is a relatively high cost since it is part of Salesforce and add-ons introduce more cost. It is almost like Revenova is simultaneously too much and not enough. When something needs to be customized, a flow is easy but apex classes are tougher. Since Revenova has a number of managed packages, if you add on, during a new release, it is tough to know what might break. The last thing is the documentation.
