I wish they would share more about our company during their initial outreach with candidates, or provide resources so they can research prior to our calls with candidates. Many of times, candidates are not familiar with our business, who we are/what we do and then a good portion of the call is explaining this to them rather than reviewing their experience and the responsibilities of the role. Not much - this is a winning team. The only criticism I could levee on Revelo is their pricing being on the high end of competitive for the regions they operate out of.

I believe there is room for improvement in fostering a sense of community. Even though we're developers with Revelo, it doesn’t feel like we have coworkers within the platform or know each other well. There's a great opportunity to host community events to address this.
