One point that can be improved is the referral program. Because they have a way you can refer a friend or a colleague for other open positions and get the reward if the match is done. But we don't have enough feedback about how our referrals are being handled if they are being considerate yet or not. So we don't have any feedback when we refer someone, this is a point they can improve, I think. Another point they can improve is to have multiple bank account setups or multiple payment options because, currently, I need to swap sometimes, and I need to fill all the forms again every time because we only have one payment option.
