Revel was the worst POS I have ever used. The set up and cords are like a spider web - makes trouble shooting by employees almost impossible. I had to go into the store so many times because the POS was not working and it was just an unplugged cable - but it was impossible for a crew employee to locate. Everything - do not buy this system. Don't force your franchisees to use this system (that's probably the majority of their business - where people are forced to use it with no say in the matter) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
