**What do you like best about ReturnZap?**

I really like ReturnZap's customer service. I've had many emails with their support, and they've always been very prompt and helpful. They've done extra work, going above and beyond to make sure the system works for us and given us creative solutions. Setting it up was very easy, just following through the steps and filling in the needed details. It was clear how to make it appropriate to our context, and running it has been an amazing experience. Everything works so cleanly and effectively.

**What do you dislike about ReturnZap?**

One thing that would be nice to see improved is the process of canceling returns or deleting returns when a customer changes their mind. Sometimes it can be a bit cumbersome to resolve that easily and in a clean way.

**What problems is ReturnZap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReturnZap simplifies the return process, providing accountability and easy tracking, allowing us to quickly find and process customer orders. Their customer service is prompt, helpful, and they provide creative solutions.

**What do you like best about ReturnZap?**

We’re a small e-commerce brand, and like a lot of store owners, we wear a lot of hats. Returns used to be one of those things that took way too much time and created way too many headaches until we started using ReturnZap.

Setting it up was honestly painless. It plugged right into Shopify without any fuss, and within a few minutes, we had a branded portal up and running. No support tickets, no complicated steps—just simple, clean setup.

We really LOVE how flexible and well integrated the exchange system is. Customers can swap out products for completely different ones, not just a new size or color. They can also exchange for more expensive items and pay  the additional amount due using Shopify's checkout system as part of the return process.  And it looks like they just launched an upsell feature this week that we are excited to check out!

If you’re on the fence, I’d say this—ReturnZap feels like it was built by people who really understand how e-commerce works. It’s not flashy or overhyped; it’s just a reliable, well-designed tool that takes a frustrating aspect of eCommerce and makes it more painless. And when something saves you time and improves your customer experience at the same time, it’s kind of a no-brainer.

**What do you dislike about ReturnZap?**

It did take us a bit of experimenting to dial in the right rules and options for integrating returns and exchanges with our Shopify store.  But honestly, once we got it configured the way we wanted, we realized how thoughtful the design and integration options are -- I guess every store has different workflows and needs and they've designed their system in a way to address those.

**What problems is ReturnZap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReturnZap has helped us turn more returns into exchanges, which means we’re keeping more revenue instead of losing it to refunds. At the same time, it’s cut down on all the back-and-forth emails we used to deal with—customers can handle everything themselves through the portal, which saves us a ton of time and lets us focus on growing the business instead of managing returns.

**What do you like best about ReturnZap?**

We've been using ReturnZap for over a year and it's been a really helpful tool. We first tried Loop but they weren't able to make adjustments for our use case, and I'm so glad we found ReturnZap, which is much more affordable and has given us just the right functionality. The integration with Shopify is seamless and straightforward, and the Easypost connection is the same. The rules you can set up are intuitive and cover everything we need. Our warehouse team uses the warehouse tool to communicate what has been returned to us, and all in all this has made our returns run really smoothly. Support is easy to access, always helpful, and super quick.

**What do you dislike about ReturnZap?**

There are a few customer experience nuances that I wish we could change for our use case, but they haven't been problem enough to cause any notable issues.

**What problems is ReturnZap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReturnZap has enabled us to have way more visibility into our returns. We used to just send customers to the Royal Mail returns website, but that didn't give us any data on what was being returned, tracking on the returns, or any contingency plan if we lost a return in transit. ReturnZap enables us to have seamless communication between our customer care team and our warehouse team in knowing where a return is at all times, the condition it was returned in, and how much we should be refunding the customer. We can also now run product specific returns reporting, and it has removed various manual processes for tracking the returns.

**What do you like best about ReturnZap?**

This is a great app! One of the very few that offer a service without a per return cost. The app is well-developed, and has tons of options for every part of returns, from shipping labels, to settings for different products, to processing returns vs exchanges vs store credits. In addition, it has tons of huge time saving features. One click store credit is wonderful. Custom rules that control the return flow make life easy and allow us to streamline and automate a lot of the manual work that we used to have. Their team is highly responsive and they have customized many features for us. They are also constantly adding new features. I highly recommend returnzap.

**What do you dislike about ReturnZap?**

There are no downsides to this app. It has all the features we need.

**What problems is ReturnZap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Returnzap makes processing returns much more efficient for us. It is also very customizable with custom rules, so that we can set up returns exactly the way we want.

**What do you like best about ReturnZap?**

David has been an incredible support for our boutique, and the customer service provided by Return Zap is always ready to assist with any of our needs or questions. They consistently go above and beyond to help us achieve our goals. They even adjusted the configuration of a few text elements to better accommodate our boutique and helped us set up the application for certain functions, such as the return labels, to ensure everything was properly set up.

The application itself is always evolving, which is fantastic! It offers many features, and some new ones are really enhancing the platform, like the ability to exchange items across the entire catalogue and the more specific return questions that provide better data. It’s user-friendly and easy to learn, making it a huge time-saver for us. My team adapted to the platform’s features (email notifications, resolving returns, setting up the return page, etc.) incredibly quickly, thanks to how intuitive it is.

It was really important for us that the return process was simple and fast because, as a retail business, we have a high volume of returns each month. The system’s efficiency and ease of use have been a game changer for us.

I highly recommend Return Zap for any business seeking a seamless and efficient return management system, and of course, for the exceptional customer service that is always there to help and to take our ideas into consideration for potential new features. :)

**What do you dislike about ReturnZap?**

It would be a game-changer if ReturnZap could integrate the application with the POS system. Additionally, having a rule that prevents customers from returning POS orders through the application would be incredibly helpful. This is something we are currently looking into, as we have both our online store and four boutiques located in the same building or nearby. Customers sometimes try to bypass the system by returning their boutique orders through the application and then bringing them back to the store, but our team is trained to always verify and ensure everything is in order :)

**What problems is ReturnZap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform allows us to track returns more effectively, ensuring that customers are provided with quick and smooth service. Additionally, the email notifications and the ability to resolve returns quickly have been a huge asset for our team members.

Another major benefit is the flexibility and customization offered by ReturnZap. We were able to tailor certain features, like return labels and settings, to fit our business needs, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved. The constant evolution and improvement of the app, along with fantastic customer service support, make it a tool we rely on to improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience.

In summary, ReturnZap has greatly improved our return process by making it faster, more user-friendly, and less prone to errors, which ultimately benefits both our team and our customers. And for sure, the price of the application was very affordable, which made it an excellent value for the benefits it provides. :)

**What do you like best about ReturnZap?**

The responsiveness of support is amazing and the simplicity but at the same time depth of the app's functionality and features is more or less exactly what we needed and had been looking for for a long time (without the huge price tag that a lot of other apps have). It was very easy to integrate with our Shopify store, and it has significantly improved the efficiency of how we handle returns. It's definitely improved the customer experience and the data that we get from it has also helped us improve things on our product end to minimise returns overall.

**What do you dislike about ReturnZap?**

Not a dislike, but just a something we'd like to have in the future if possible. At the moment we ask customers to ship the return on their own, as the 'pay for a shipping label' option only works for US customers at the moment since we're only able to use the USPS option on EasyPost. We would love to have a way of charging a handling fee before sending our warehouse's prepaid labels (so like a 'Pay for a Label' function, but instead of it being an instant purchase it would send us a request for a label, then we would be able to send them a link to pay for it before the PDF is released to them). It's a bit of a complicated ask and we wouldn't expect this from anything other than an additional paid add-on to the app, hence why this is not a dislike but just an expression of something we'd love to have but we know is very difficult.

**What problems is ReturnZap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficient returns process for our customers. We used to do everything manually through Google Forms because we had never found a returns app that suited the process we wanted our customers to experience, or at a price we could afford for the number of returns we get. Returnzap really made our processes so much more efficient, it's incredible!

**What do you like best about ReturnZap?**

The support is top-notch. Any time we need a customization, or have a question, we get an immediate response from support. In my experience their support is unparalleled to other returns software we have used, and I would also rate them as top of the list for support for any software we use. My company has been an e-commerce based company since 2004, so I have much experience with software companies.

**What do you dislike about ReturnZap?**

I have not found any downsides regarding ReturnZap.

**What problems is ReturnZap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReturnZap was the only software we could find that took into account the size and weight of the items being returned. We carry over 7,000 products, from a tiny gasket to a full motorcycle frame or engine. There is one 'default' shipping size or weight that could possibly work for a return label, yet, no other returns management software we could find could deal with this complexity. We now get very accurate costs for the customer, and us, for return shipment labels.

Fantastic support and noticeable updates. Keeping up with changing technology is key, and ReturnZap is doing so while retaining a level of support that exceeds my expectations.

**What do you dislike about ReturnZap?**

Any issue I have ever had has been solved promptly. So I have nothing negative that I can think of.

**What problems is ReturnZap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has saved me a great deal of time and our customers have absolutely loved the new returns system. A feature I particularly like is the advanced exchanges, allowing customers to not only choose other sizes/ colours, but entirely different products without the customer leaving the portal. The percent of returns for refunds has gone down and this is exactly what you want from an online store.

-When I was looking for a return app, I literally downloaded at least 15 apps and only Return Zap had the features I needed, which is allowing returns to multiple warehouses
-For any business that needs this flexibility, Return Zap beats all other apps
-Overall the app flexibility and breadth of options is my number 1 pro
-Developers are extremely responsive to support requests and suggestions for new features

**What do you like best about ReturnZap?**

We've used a few returns platforms and ReturnZap is the best so far, especially for a small to medium sized business. The portal is easily embedded onto your site so it matches your branding. The functionality is great – it's user friendly for customers and merchants, it processes return requests, handles refunds, and even integrates with EasyPost to generate return labels.

**What do you dislike about ReturnZap?**

Once in a while there seems to by a system glitch or error that can take some time to resolve. But the team at ReturnZap is very prompt at addressing and fixing these issues!

**What problems is ReturnZap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Other return platforms charged a fee per return, lacked certain features, and lacked an affordable returns label solution. ReturnZap solved all of that with fixed pricing plans and easy integrations. Our returns process is much more automated now.
