
I like the customization capabilities of ReturnLogic, especially being able to create a custom form for third-party warranties, which lets customers submit warranty requests even if they didn't purchase directly from our website. I also appreciate the customer support team; they're super friendly and helpful. Working and collaborating with their team and engineers is a pleasure because they truly care about helping us fulfill our needs. For instance, they created a custom flow to send certain SKUs to our offices for review while others go to our return center. The initial setup was fairly easy, and integrations with Shopify and Shippo were a breeze. I also find their help articles really useful, and their customer service team is very responsive. Currently the only thing that could be improved that would be helpful for us would be to have an integration to a Retool which is a program we use that we can search serial number to help identify the product to ensure the proper SKU is selected for warranty to lessen confusion on the customer's side when selecting the product they are trying to warranty out.
