They've thought of every step of the process, have excellent communication around any issues, and do so at a fantastic value. We were able to start using them within a day or two of making our decision and have used to them to handle all of our hardware needs for the year. While the cost isn't excessive, I find the process a bit bothersome. Now, two years later, we rely on them for all our machine deployment, retrieval, and refurbishing needs. Working with Retriever has been incredibly straightforward—they set up a shared Slack channel with us and always respond promptly to any questions or urgent requests. Just today, they truly went the extra mile. We had an employee whose laptop failed on her very first day, and we needed to get her a replacement as soon as possible. My colleague and I were discussing how we only had old machines in storage, which were slated for recycling, and that shipping a new device would take too long. It would be nice to be able to upgrade a shipment to priority or overnight if needed.
