I had never used Results Plus before, and I like that it was pretty easy to pick up on. Specifically however, I like that there are many shortcuts to help the process of entering donations go faster and smoother. For example, quick entry forms are a great way to cut the data entry time in half! I have not used Results Plus to it's full capacity, however I know that you can sure do a lot with it! When creating an acknowledgment of donation letter for a notificant, the path is a little strange. When you click on the Mailing Wizard, you have to click the back button, and then switch it to the notificant option. There are a few other little strange paths like this one. It would also be nice id there was a better "search" bar, to locate specific tasks that you may have forgotten where to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The search functions are incredibly helpful when I only know what the name sounds like and what part of the country they live in. It narrows down my crawling through every donor name. Being able to automatically create acknowledgement letters was helpful, but with recent weird updates to our computers, I'm stuck using Mail Merge on Word instead Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have a process at our organization before we can release batches of receipted donations. Unfortunately, this often leads to several batches in the queue to be released, and the un-released batches aren't searchable (that I've found) so I end up having to sift through each donation to find a record of what I need.
