It is more difficult for authoring a narrative proposal with many contributors. . Harder for them to visualize the entire document and the page number for export. When we have multiple authors attempting to collaborate on the same section we have issues with overwriting and loss of work (or apparent loss of work) or re-work when trying to ensure all updates are incorporated. In a busy RFP center like ours, where each proposal manager is juggling multiple RFPs and many SMEs, Responsive is invaluable at helping us with organization and accurate content. We use the tool all the time and it is hard to imagine how we did our jobs without it. Two things the Responsive team does extremely well are 1) Continually investing in new features and capabilities and letting customers try them in Beta, and 2) Communicating with clients with webinars and trainings to introduce new features or show us how to make better use of the ones we already have. I have to knock Responsive down from a 10 to 9 because of their support. While the support personnel are kind and polite, they don't understand RFPs and they really don't know much about the software. I would guess that most clients know the software a lot better than the support team. And because the support team can never resolve questions or issues on the first contact, it takes far too much time to deal with them. I find the importing of projects and the flagging of questions to come back to not as intuitive or as good of a user experience as I would hope. There's also a specific issue with certain queries where it pops up and says it doesn't understand the question, even when it seems like something the system could potentially know the answer to.
