Interface is so clear that even kids can understand how to navigate site. The variety of projects provides opportunity to all domain people to come and complete tasks for which they get paid. Payments are flawless. They will communicate one date after completion of project and same day you will get payment. Their customer service is also very very good as they respond very clearly,very quickly and close things immedeatly. **What do you dislike about Respondent?** Actually i cannot find any. But just to mention some of their projects says its not for your geoghraphical region where are you from that same geoghraphical region. In project itself written "from India" and I was not allowed to aply for that project. **What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Respondent platform is comletely WIN WIN for researcher and participants. Imagine if you are good in personal finance. If you give good advice to anyone and if they benifited from it. Nobody comes back and give you monetory compensation for your advice/for what you know. They only send surveys that are aligned with your chosen and specific areas of expertise and interest. This is great as it saves me a lot of time in terms of accessing the email and then finding it isn't suitable for me. When I initially set up my account I didn't really specify all of the areas that I wanted to participate in, but after ensuring my profile was filled in completely, I've found that I only receive surveys that are relevant to me. I receive emails from ‘Respondent’ virtually every day by email. I don't find them obtrusive and when I've been invited to complete a survey, the process is very professional and well integrated.
