**What do you like best about respond.io?**

The interaction interface, response time and user interaction is very good, as is the management and triage of calls. Respond.io customer support is perfect and they help you all the time and the implementation is very simple. Respond.io is the mainly tool in our team today.

**What do you dislike about respond.io?**

It could have integration with some of the main CRMs on the market as this is necessary to be able to use the tool to its best potential.

**What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can triage my calls and respond automatically via AI. This saves me a lot of time and efficiency within my teams, both sales and support.

**What do you like best about respond.io?**

The control panel is easy, and your experience in this field should not be great

Ease of implementation, of course, via the control panel

Ease of integration As I said, you don't have to be super knowledgeable about how to integrate and connect with channels

**What do you dislike about respond.io?**

Technical support and nothing is done by them. The work is always done by the client and they only teach the client what to do. Unfortunately, it takes additional time and effort to deal with the small details on the control panel.

**What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of communication with customers via WhatsApp is very important in the Arab region and other platforms. We hope to add the rest of the channels and platforms later.

We had a very good experience regarding the integration and implementation of the platform.

Perhaps be able to integrate our voice over IP platform, our call center, and other services.

The platform, through its webhooks, integrated our authentication API with the development of the partner Mif Sistemas from Argentina, who supported us throughout the process.

**What do you like best about respond.io?**

The respond.io service is great, the UI is super friendly to use and every need we had was met in their service. The cherry on top was their client support, they were super helpful and fast to respond. Overall I'd recommend this platform to anyone who's looking to enhance their business' communication service.

Nothing it was overall a really great exprience!

Very convenient and easy to use and integrate into the current workflow. They had a great on-boarding program and we are lucky to be assigned to a very supportive and informative Customer Success Manager - she has been very enthusiatic and helpful in every step of the way.

Sometimes the dashboard takes abit longer to load.

The consolidation of messages into one platform so that we are able to have a better overview of all the product queries and/or feedback that are coming in, as well as the assignement of chats to different individuals.

don’t like that respond.io doesn’t provide support on weekends, which can be inconvenient. Also, I find the pricing to be quite high

It doesnt have as many native connections to diferent CRMs and other softwares that can really be a game changer

I analyzed several platforms before hiring them and I liked that they were very accessible during the testing time, also in terms of meeting with my account manager and showing me payment options if I required billing in my country.

Navigation is very simple and onboarding is really fast, in fact I didn't need to hire onboarding services until now.

Finally, an important factor for the decision was the issue of safety, it is good to know that they have regulatory compliance.

Implementation is really easy, as you don't need technical knowledge.
Also Customer Support is really quick, and that is a plus, I hope it keeps like this.

In terms of security, I was very happy to know that they have MFA.

Some logic questions are not possible with the same platform so you must use integrations like Zappier. It would be perfect not to need third parties for some actions, however, I was able to do the integration without great technical knowledge and in a matter of minutes.

The platform helps me manage communications with my clients immediately. The panels help me understand the needs of my clients and the times in which they are most recurring.

With the assignment and reassignment of agents it has been easier to meet the needs of my clients 24/7.

It allows you to monitor who attends and also to assign. Besides that, the fact that they have implemented AI has been very helpful in streamlining processes and facilitating information to the customer.

Another positive point is the reports the app offers, from connectivity, response time, etc. It helps to provide feedback to workers and optimize time.

The only thing that I feel the product is missing is a Twilio VOIP integration that allows us to take phone calls, and record messages on the platform.

We are easily able to have all of our communications from a single customer in one conversation. It has a good starting price with all the features you would need for chatting, they do not hide features that everybody needs on the entry plan as the competitors on the market. We as a small company can afford and be happy with all the features we need just from the initial plan. Also, the ui is very simple, which is really good for usage, we do not need to think to use it.

Some small changes on UI would be great, I miss an indicator on chat list showing me that the client has not been answered yet. Another feature I miss is the option to inject some html code to tell the clients info to the widget, that my website already has (like name and email), freshchat has this feature and I like it.

Before respond.io some chats was not awsered by us, the inbox of whatsapp was terrible. Now we have control of all the clients and if someone is waiting for too long another agent can respond the chat.

it's all you need to support your clients through all those social media. not to forget that it is very easy to use and if any help is needed their customer support is always there to assist

We have 3 brands under 1 company they all have their social media and WhatsApp. respond.io is one of the very few that gives you the ability to add multiple WhatsApp/FB/Inta, etc. at no additional cost
