**What do you like best about respond.io?**

It is an excellent service to use as it is very usefull and impacts business in the most posetive way thinkable. It is the ultimate way of communicating and making sure everything is up to par.

**What do you dislike about respond.io?**

When there is loadshedding I cannot access it and many clients of mine can only use this way of communication. That is the only problem, otherwise everything is 100%.

**What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication barriers were big issue now with respond.io I am happy with the turn around time.

**What do you like best about respond.io?**

Team management through the platform to get a quick response to the customer and easy flow design made the best outcome towards my requirement. I also loved the user interference of the application and multiple Integrations.

**What do you dislike about respond.io?**

Sometimes, I feel difficulty connecting to the flows, I've made changes but those don't get reflected as quickly. It made me wait for a bit long to sync. I hope it might be due to my network issue. Not sure :(

**What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Multiple team responses, easy filtering, quick flow designs helped a lot to same my time to get the promotional business done. The pricing plan for this platform is also reseonable when compared to the other platforms.

One of the best features that makes everything possible is its Workflow system and the option to connect them with any other system via API.

One of the things that can be a downside is that when creating very large workflows, the performance of the resources is affected by the slowness of the page.

The software works great and keeps being improved with extra channels, good how-to videos and manuals and direct support.

The price might be a bit steep at first, and it has a bit of a learning curve. If you're alone to set it up and completely new to it, it might take some time to fully grasp its possibilities.

We use respond.io for helpdesk purposes for 3 different software that we offer our clients. They can connect to us through different channels such as Whatsapp, facebook messenger or a chat plugin on our website. There are many more options but our clients mainly use these three.

I like the built-in AI assist. It's intuitive, and very helpful in tailoring responses.

I would like to see the addition of a method, to delete messages, sent in error.

Respond I.O. provides, a way to communicate, and problem-solve issues with the client. Without direct telephonic, or voice conversation. It provides a more time-effective method, to solve the issue.

**What do you like best about respond.io?**

The workflow builder has been amazing. We managed to build a fully automatic workflow within a couple of hours. It made automation for our agency easy and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about respond.io?**

The mobile app is something I really dislike about respond.io, I get logged out automatically after a couple days and need to sign-in again. A FaceId function could fix this easily to keep it secure and easy to manage. The app in general is just a bit buggy with delayed messages and notifications not functioning properly.

**What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use respond.io for our marketing agency. We onboard new clients automatically with our onboarding automation. If human input is necessary, one of our team members can easily take over and assist the client.

It has been a live saver for me and the company. We are always in touch with the customers through all the channels, 24 hours and the new App it is very convenient!

**What do you dislike about respond.io?**

One of the downsides is the automatic responses. Customizing it has not been easy because it is always pending approval. Otherwise it is a great tool for the company.

The main benefit has been the 24-hour communication with all our customers and the possibility to assign conversations to different partners. It is an excellent tool for us.

Respond.io workflows break often. The analytics needs to be hosted on third party products. The web chat interface has poor UI. Overall as the company and processes mature the product appears to lag in certain requirements as expected.

Easy to use, many features, contact, metrics and group configurations for all the team. The user interface is clear; chats have many options to keep track of customers. Tech support is responsive and always ready to attend.

Sometimes, problems or maintenance tasks are long and don't allow the team to continue with work, but this is rare. We used to have problems with 360dialog API but got resolved in a few days.

The creation of automatic service flows, and their integration with artificial intelligence, makes it an extremely versatile and powerful tool in customer service.

**What do you dislike about respond.io?**

There could be a panel where one could perform the editing or deletion of the created Tags.

**What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving customer screening with the automatic service flow.

respond.io made a change for search section and it make us easy to find previous chat by typing the keyword only

Respond.io made my business extremely efficiently connected with my clients. 
Made my life so much easier and improved connection with customers. I  think all companies should use respond.io

**What do you dislike about respond.io?**

Some time ago the app was not efficient. But by making constant updates and having great customer service, today there isn't much to complain about this platform.

**What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hotel support. Connecting with my guests in a more efficent and friendly way. Especially usining WhatsApp Api which is nowdays the most usefull app for business and consumers

I like that it is extremely customizable, and i can connect my third party apps to it so everything can be in control.

**What do you dislike about respond.io?**

There is not a very good Email option, for example send email copying many people.

**What problems is respond.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before i used only whatsapp and Meta, this was an issue because i could not be organized while doing customer service, and no data about it

Easy, clear, quick. I love the workflow feature and how easy it is to build a successful workflow. I love notes and I use them all the day. The reports on the first page are very helpful...

simply nothing. I have been using it for few months now and all is good. I'm managing whatsapp and instagram. We look very professional now to our customers. Respond.io has changed our lives.

Unified look and feel to our customers.
Comments really a killer when it comes to team collaboration.
Workflow help us automating almost all responses.
We have a higher success rate now with customers.

Very easy to access with quick results. CRM has never been so easy. :)

So far, I can't think of any because it has consistently been delivering.

We are using WhatsApp with respond.io, making it so much easier for me to chat with my clients via WhatsApp and get quick results. The clients also find it very effective in getting their problems solved effectively.
