What I truly loved about the software is its real-time sync within modules. For example, a single change in employee information in people module will be reflected in other modules where it applies like attendance or payroll or performance. So I don't have to go out of my way to update info everywhere.

Also love the bulk leave approval feature as it let's me approve multiple requests as an admin because of daily use. Makes it extremely easy to use.

Some additional options would be really helpful. I’m facing an issue with our leave system: many employees work the 1st half and 2nd half, but the portal automatically adjusts it as only the 1st half.
