We currently send email notifications when certain actions take place in the app, and we also send a daily schedule email to invited users which outlines their bookings for the day ahead. Thanks for taking the time to review Resource Guru :) I wanted to let you know that you can indeed edit your own time off, but you'll need sufficient permissions in order to do this. Permissions can be customised, so I'd recommend speaking with an Administrator in your account if you don't currently have the permissions you need.

Thanks so much for sharing your review of Resource Guru! The number of resources you see on screen will depend on things like your screen resolution and how many bookings people have on individual days; the more bookings, the taller a resource's individual row becomes. However you can consolidate things a little by hiding your availability bars, and this will allow you to see more resources on screen at once. I'm really pleased to say that a dedicated project view is very firmly on our roadmap :) We're actually working on a "group by" feature at the moment, which should also help you with this. Thanks for your feedback!

I just wanted to let you know that a dedicated project view feature is actually currently being designed, but you can also use the project filter in the top right to reduce the visible resources to those that have been booked on a project (please see https://help.resourceguruapp.com/en/articles/2942088-filtering-resources). Also, as long as you have selected Color by project from the drop down menu at the top you should also be able to pick out the bookings that relate to a specific project.

I'll be sure to keep you updated as soon as there is any news on it!
