Resource Guru is fast and flexible and has almost all the mechanics required for planning team utilisation. Note that this is not a task tracker (but that's a good thing). It's super easy and quick to create, move or duplicate bookings. Recurring bookings

It isn't perfect. For our very complex team scheduling process, we're missing features like linking multiple bookings and moving them together.

The interface is super user friendly. You can easily set up different project and mark it in different colour. It's very easy to list out the tasks for you or your team. Our team use it on a daily basis for the quick team catch-up and Resource Guru provides a quick overview of each team member's tasks for today so the account manager can assign the tasks based on people's availability.
