The layout of Resource Guru is perfect for a quick overview of scheduling and project details. With Resource Guru I have full access to our customers, the current projects and particular team assignments. This makes things easier when attempting to schedule appointments, site visits and more. There is not much I could say I'm not a fan of with Resource Guru. If there was anything I would recommend changing it would be the coloring scheme associated with the app. In addition, I would recommend the development of an App considering the only way to access data is through a web browser. I like the possibility to manage multiple resources at the same time. It is very useful that availability bars are showing how many hours there are left for a given resource. But my personal favorite is colors that make my schedule cheerful. It is easy to manage resources and projects with Guru. Thanks to daily emails my team is always aware of the priorities for a given day. I would recommend it to everyone in need of a simple scheduling tool - I couldn't manage my day-to-day work without it and I think no prior training is required to use it - it is just so intuitive and user-friendly. I would like to have a possibility to add public holiday information (a note?, a yellow dot reacting to the mouse pointer, and displaying the bank holiday info? I think something like this would be extremely useful). I mean something that would be visible in the Schedule - we have many clients in different countries with different bank holidays and it would facilitate scheduling of smaller pieces of work that are not agreed on in advance. Sometimes I book first and find out/am reminded of a bank holiday later on - including such information would solve this issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Guru sinks with different calendars. I can click on the links within Guru calendar or other calendars to reach data linked to events. I really like the ability to create filters and save those filters for other people calendars within my organization. Saves so much time and events can be colorized by category.
