**What do you like best about Resolver?**

I find Resolver to be a robust and well-structured platform that centralizes risk management, incidents, and compliance, improving operational efficiency significantly. The intuitive dashboards and detailed reporting are highly valuable, and I appreciate the ability to customize workflows to align with our internal processes. Automation of workflows, alerts, and approvals reduce manual efforts and ensure tasks don't fall through the cracks. Real-time dashboards and detailed reports provide clear insights, helping leadership understand risk exposure and make proactive decisions efficiently. The platform enhances collaboration across teams because everyone is using the same data and standardized processes. It has also replaced spreadsheets and disconnected tools, saving time and improving data accuracy.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Helen C. | Frontline Support & ITSM Practice Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

It’s a single place to record and manage risks, and it includes some great graphical representations that help visualise where the company sits from a risk perspective. We use it in our quarterly risk reviews, and we also update it ad hoc outside of those sessions.

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

It’s a little less intuitive at first, but once you understand how everything works, it’s good.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s a single place to record corporate-level risk. It improves the visibility of our risks at executive and board level.

 ### 8. Relax with Best Risk Intelligence solutions provider software.!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

According to my experience with Resolver, this is mostly used for risk intelligence management with ease of use and implementation with other suitable platforms. Resolver provides real-time tracking, and analysis and monitors all processes in project management with security incidents efficiently. Resolver provides the best customer support in maximum time resolving all the solutions in real-time with AI chatbot also available at any time. And yes, here's the limitless frequency of use of this software according to needs on the project management as well.

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

The Resolver is the best tool ( Software ) for risk intelligence solutions providers. But, sometimes I believe for little complex to navigate and others think that reporting features need to improve by finding some limitations. Thus, overall resolver is the best risk intelligence solutions provider tool.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I and my organization using Resolver software. But before without any risk intelligence management software is very stressful and risky with work on data and privacy security which is a must and most important factor in the IT industry. So, when I searched and found the resolver software designed for risk intelligence management solutions. So, as of now, this tool is very helpful for process in project management and risk management with fast and error-free productivity with real-time tracking, analysis, and bug fixing process as well. Thus, Resolver is very helpful for me and the organization as well for project management.

 ### 9. Customer service at its best

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adelene F. | Manager Security Forensics, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

Resolver is very customizable which has been good for our company as we were looking for a solution that could be used globally and had an older version of the software and a home grown application that we wanted Resolver to take the place of. The Customer Success representative we work with has been excellent and has gone above and beyond to help make what we envisioned into a reality and continues to support us with all our requests, working towards a well adopted solution.

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

There was some miscommunication in the beginning and the start of our implementation was described as a like-for-like solution in a migration to the new version, so the initial iteration of the new solution was coded with the same challenges we had before. The issue has since been resolved with the help of the customer success team, helping us to craft a solution that we were looking for.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resolver is helping us with global workflow management of incidents and reporting.

**Official Response from Allan Yue:**

> We appreciate your kind words about Resolver's customization and the support provided by our Customer Success representative. We apologize for any initial miscommunication during the implementation, but we are glad that the issue has been resolved and that Resolver is now assisting with your global workflow management.

 ### 10. Configurable and incredible support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssa P. | Sr. Global Compliance Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

The no-code platform has expedited our ability to create unique processes that fit our business needs. Also, Resolver continously invests in upcoming technology that creates improvments and automation into everything we do. The support we receive is fantastic whether its through a support ticket or our account manager, Resolver takes every step to make sure our requests are met. Moving our incident management & hotline to Resolver was a game changer!

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

The reporting feature is not intuitive. You can create reports and dashboards within Resolver or you can access your data warehouse through PowerBi, both have challenges.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resolver is solving the need for investigation processes to be custom to our business needs. Off the shelf solutions almost never fit our robust investigation process. We also have great visibility into our data, trends and risk tracking. Overall this is benefiting our company as we can mitigate risk quickly through the business intelligence we gain through Resolver.

**Official Response from Allan Yue:**

> Thank you for your feedback on the reporting feature. We're continuously working to improve our reporting capabilities to make it more intuitive for our users. Your input is valuable as we strive to enhance our platform.

 ### 11. Just Keeps Getting Better

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rich P. | Sr. Threat Intelligence Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

I currently use the IMS, SRM, and Web Reporting functions. All are very, very customizable. I can't really pick one best thing about the company. I've been using versions or the platform since it was mainframe based (IRIMS). The best things for me right now:
1) The products just keep getting better. The company has expanded the platform to many other functions. It listens to its custoimers and improves its products constantly.
2) The support is truly outstanding: smooth implementation process; quick and thorough responses to support tickets. Always willing to speak in person to make sure we're on the same page, or just to walk me through a process.
3) My account rep is outstanding. Thoughtful and considerate. Always follows up.

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

The learning curve is pretty steep. The platform is very easy to configure and to use, but admins need a lot of familiarity with the product. It takes a bit. I think that's the price you pay for so much flexibility. It's worth the effort.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consistent and through data collection. Link analysis. Oustanding metrics. Anonymous reporting tool. One platform solves a lot of problems for us.

**Official Response from Allan Yue:**

> Thank you for your positive feedback! We are pleased to hear that you find our products to be constantly improving and that our support team has provided you with smooth implementation and quick, thorough responses. We understand that the learning curve may be steep, but we believe the flexibility and benefits of our platform make it worth the effort. We appreciate your continued support!

 ### 12. Resolver is a very powerful tool for the right user.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Doug K. | Head, Global Compliance Program Office, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

It is infinitely configurable and customizable. Resolver's platform allows for hundreds of different object types to be configured using workflow management tools, user permissions and relationships with other object types. Using this platform has allowed us to organize our regulatory compliance risk management program by creating a library of regulatory obligations, relating these requirements to applicable controls, testing the controls and tracking issues within the platform. Reporting engine allows for configurable visualizations of data and key management reports to be produced.

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

Because of its infinite capability, it is best suited to a firm with strong internal resources to manage the back end. Resolver is competitively priced out of the box. The challenge lies in the fact that its "out of the box" configuration is likely not going to meet your needs. Professional services are offered in bulk deals from Resolver, but you could easily end up blowing the budget in this way. Complex changes such as orchestration events (events that coordinate multiple object changes simultaneously) are best left to the professional services team, but a firm that can devote internal resources to configuration changes as needed will benefit greatly.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Resolver to record keep our global compliance program and internal controls program. Helps solve issues around controls libraries, testing plans, issues management, delegation of work, etc. Overall, Resolver allows us to see the big picture for the firm's regulatory compliance risk. Where are our weaknesses and where we are strong. Ensures appropriate allocation of finite resources. We use the reporting engine to generate board materials.

**Official Response from Allan Yue:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience with Resolver. We understand the importance of having strong internal resources to manage the platform's capabilities. We're continuously working to improve our out-of-the-box configuration to better meet the needs of our users.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kanchan G. | AI Developer and Inventor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

I was not even sure if anyone will listen to my concern. I was not getting free spins and the customer care was non-responsive. I was surprised that even a small customer like me got the full attention of the Resolver and they made sure the issue was resolved.

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

It is not widely known. So many people might not know that any such facility is there. So they need to be more prominent

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was not getting response from Unibet for free spins. So after failed encounter with Unibet CS and consulted Resolver and they fixed it fast

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

I feel like Resolver is pretty user friendly for users going through the RCSA experience, which has been a game changer for our company's second line of defense. People are way less intimadated and find it more intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

Really hoping for more filters/sorting for Library, risk management, etc., or better search.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resolver has enabled us to automate RCSAs enough for only 1 or 2 people to be able to run the entire process. It keeps me from feeling the strain of a lean team. We've also been able to utilize Resolver for several other lines of business, including Audit and other control testing, IT risk assessment, complaints, product risk assessments, etc. It is so wonderful to have just one system.

**Official Response from Allan Yue:**

> We're glad to hear that Resolver has helped streamline your processes and alleviate the strain on your team. Your feedback about the need for more filters/sorting in the Library and risk management is valuable, and we'll take that into account as we continue to improve our platform to better serve our users.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

The sales, configuration and support staff I have worked with all seem to listen to what I want and to really try to make it happen. We therefore have a system that is really flexible and well tailored to our speciifc needs. The interface is user freindly for our external clients as well as the team.

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

While we do get a fair amount of reporting from the software, there are reporting limitations and also report presentation could be enhanced. There is a reporting add on feature, but it should come standard.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The team is located in several countries so a cloud based solution is perfect for us and keeps us connected. We are better able to share documents and cross quality review when everything is accessible in the cloud. The direct linkages into ERM making collaboration with that department much easire.

**Official Response from Allan Yue:**

> We're glad to hear that you've had a positive experience with our sales, configuration, and support staff. We strive to listen to our customers' needs and provide tailored solutions.

 ### 20. Resolver Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

I like how all our communication and information is in one place so we're not having to use multiple systems or tools and that helps keep it more secure. We can communicate with staff through the chat feature and e-mail the reporter known or confidential and keep all notes, interventions, tasks and information together while easily tracking involved people. I like how open they are to updates and new ideas to make things better for users. Their customer service and the support of their IT department are very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

The current design of the translation process has been the biggest pain point as we deal with over 20 different languages and the process for updating the languages is challenging and takes time. Because of the amount of open incidents the my task page can be unhelpful for some of our users trying to keep track of which incidents they've already updated or knowing if they received a reply to a comment (must check for e-mail notifications).

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They provided a customizable tool for us to use with multiple reporting options and ability to keep all information about incidents in one place including communication.

**Official Response from Allan Yue:**

> We're glad to hear that you find Resolver's all-in-one communication and information system helpful and secure. We appreciate your feedback on the translation process and the task page, and we'll definitely take that into consideration for future improvements. Thank you for sharing your experience with us!

 ### 22. A vendor that is accommodating to your needs

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deborah I. | Information Systems, Senior Audit Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

Having worked with a variety of staff at Resolver since 2013, what is evident is that the company manifests a culture of courtesy and relatability when dealing with the customer.

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

The downside of Resolver is the frequent changing of staff assigned to the customer account. While this augers well for upward mobility or otherwise of the Resolver staff, it means that as a customer you also have to frequently forge relationships with new persons. Fortunately, this is moderated by the customer centered culture.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resolver is helping with the integration of Audit and ERM, and improving the consolidation of information for our reporting to management and the board, and the extraction of performance metrics.

**Official Response from Allan Yue:**

> Thank you for sharing how Resolver has benefited your organization. We are committed to providing solutions that help streamline processes and improve reporting for our customers. We appreciate your support and look forward to continuing to meet your needs.

 ### 23. Easy user interface but requires improved design of basic functionality

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

Resolver has an easy user interface and can be configured to your needs which allows for flexibility. Support and customer experience teams are good to work with and have been very accomodating with regards to issues that need fixing.

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

There are a number of system limitations which does not always result in a smooth user experience. Basic foundational functionality of the platform is not well designed. This has resulted in taking a lot of time, effort and cost to get the system integrated to meet our needs. The implementation and needs assessment was not done effectively which has resulted in inefficiencies in work flow and in taking a long time in getting the platform up and running in a smooth manner. 18 months after implementaton, there continue to be gaps in the system that are pending remediation. It takes a long time for the support/design team to complete remedation. For example, basic reports do not produce accurate and complete information which is a significant gap. e.g. sub-certification report, risk controls matrix. Also, there is no basic project management functionality. This has has to be custom created.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Aggregation of data

**Official Response from Allan Yue:**

> We appreciate your feedback on the user interface and the flexibility of Resolver. We understand your concerns about the system limitations and the challenges with basic functionality. We are continuously working to improve our platform and address these issues. Your input is valuable in helping us prioritize our enhancements.

 ### 24. Resolver Experience from the Data Integration / Back End Admin Side

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Security and Investigations | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

Resovler is a straight forward application and while I am not using it on a day to day basis as I am more concerened with the backend, the support and customer success teams at Resovler are beyond responsive.

We've built a very good relationship with the Resolver team and I comminication and understood objectives, goals, and capabilities for our instance and the app are always clearly understood.

When there are support cases opened, support is very responsive, relevant, and the teams have the knowledge and ability to identify and solve the issue at hand.

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

Full SCIM integration for employee load is a big ask for us. This is something that we've discussed with the Resolver team at length, and having the ability to use SCIM for the entire contact and record load is the major ask for us.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our case management for incidents in our security world.

**Official Response from Allan Yue:**

> It's great to hear that Resolver is helping with your incident management in the security world. We are committed to providing solutions that meet your needs and we look forward to continuing to support your organization.

The most current use has to do with reporting out of our 40+ Retail Stores across the United States and Canada. We really appreciate a program that brings so many tools together for the team. We rely heavily on dispatch, incident reports and case management.
The program has excellent details and clearly supports a campus environment.
Integrating our student records (receiving information from Banner) was essential!

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

Some of the team do not find the system easy and clear to use.
There is a lot for guards to complete when submitting an incident. Some guards struggle with completing everything.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resolver is helpful for tracking similar crimes on campus and identifying where we need to make changes to our guard coverage or security devices (cctv/alarms).
Resolver has been excellent for managing cases; linking reports, updating case notes, sharing with others investigating incidents related to the case....
Also helpful when reviewing incidents particular individuals have been involved in - monitoring for possible escalation of behaviours.

 ### 29. We love how Resolver have adapted different modules for our use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah E. | Director Safety, Security & Risk Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

The customer support and technical team are very responsive to our enquiries and problem solving when we try to integrate modules, making the modules easier to understand and use. Their patience as we learn to change things in the back-end has enabled us to utilize more of the program, adapting it for our needs.

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

The only downside I perceive is the rigidity of some modules but as a relatively small user of the program we understand how some of our needs may not be met.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are adpating a module to enable us to track departmental risk registers within the overall enterprise risk management module

**Official Response from Allan Yue:**

> We're thrilled to hear that you've had a positive experience with our customer support and technical team. We strive to make our modules easy to understand and use, and we appreciate your feedback about the rigidity of some modules.

 ### 30. Exceeds Expectations!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian I. | SVP & Director of Corporate Security, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

I have enjoyed working and interacting with Resolver's staff. They have all been very professional, executed their job well and were genuine.

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

The only bad thing I could thing of is that they do not have a local representative residing in Hawaii for easier interaction and support.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resolver has provided us with an excellent enterprise-wide security incident reporting and investigations platform with easy to use configuration capabilities and report generating options. From a management of an investigations team stand point, it allows for easy oversight of investigator key reporting indicators and performance metrics to ensure individual and team investigation effectiveness and efficiency.

 ### 31. Our Resolver Experience Has Been Amazing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas C. | Retail Asset Protection Manager North America at Patagonia, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

Resolver Incident Management and Safety and Risk Management platforms have been amazing to work with and have been transformative to the way we do business. Implimentation was very smooth and the Resolver team was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Resolver Support has been amazing to work with as well, as they have helped us to refine the tool and troubleshoot any end user isseus that have come up. Overall, this program is very user friendly and easy to configure with little to no expertise required. Customer support has been above and beyond expectations.

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

Navigating through the tool can sometimes feel redundant, but it is entirely possible that we just aren't aware of the most efficient pathways yet.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resolver has allowed us to capture incident data across our entire retail fleet, agregate, analyze that data allowing us to make better data driven decisons.

**Official Response from Allan Yue:**

> We're thrilled to hear that you've had an amazing experience with Resolver! Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch support and we're glad to hear that it has been beneficial for your business.

 ### 32. Really insightful session

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

Customisability and molding to requirements

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

Reporting limitations can be frustrating

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Takes out of excel

**Official Response from Allan Yue:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive feedback about Resolver's customizability. We apologize for any frustration caused by reporting limitations and are committed to addressing this issue. It's great to hear that Resolver is helping to transition you away from Excel and improve your workflow.

 ### 33. Flexible solution with strong execution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

It is a very flexible tool which allows users to either follow a well defined solution or dive into creating their own workflow with endless opportunity for refinement.

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

The out of the box solution is very overwhelming with lots of extra features which most people will not use. If they are not turned off during the implementation phase, which is easy to do, they can cause confusion for the end users within the organization.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has allowed us to develop a comprehensive risk and control assessment tool with a very simple and dynamic workflow. It allows risk owners to easily assess their risks with automated calculations of risk to remove as much speculation as possible. It also allows for the automated creation of issues and tracking of assocaited action plans for remediation.

**Official Response from Allan Yue:**

> We're glad to hear that Resolver has provided you with a flexible solution and strong execution. Our goal is to provide a tool that allows for both predefined solutions and customizable workflows to meet the diverse needs of our users.

 ### 34. Customizable system that enhances team collaboration and automation

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2024

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

Resolver enables and enhances cross-functional and cross-departmental collaboration and communication, and can accommodate a very large number of users. Its out-of-the-box functionality is very customizable to align with our specific workflows, and we have been able to set up multiple process flows for different use cases. In general, Resolver integrates very well with other systems, allowing us, for example, to build reports outside of Resolver. The system has implemented great enhancements that help us meet compliance requirements (e.g., role-based access controls, audit logs, etc.). Resolver support is quick and effective.

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

Due to the highly customizable workflows, the initial setup can be quite complex and requires a lot of upfront time and effort. New users typically experience a fairly steep learning curve due to the complexity and big variety of features, resulting in longer onboarding times. In addition, Resolver's user interface feels a bit dated and is not always intuitive. The system can feel a bit "over-engineered", as changes often entail complex configuration, typically requiring either Resolver support or highly trained system administrators. As a large organization, we do have some specific requirements that are not always supported and we have experienced limitations in customization (e.g., the reports, which are not as interactive or customizable as we would expect).

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resolver acts as a central incident and investigation management platform that enables streamlined collaboration between various teams and helps us collect data and meet our compliance requirements by capturing everything in the system.

 ### 35. Always growing

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gerard K. | CPTED Technical Consultant , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

The suport staff are amazing. We we have an issue with the software, they are quick to help and recently have gone above ad beyond

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

There are still some issues with the new platform that a person who is not tech savvy, cannot necessarity perform.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the software a bit differenly than designed so we do have some struggles sometimes fitting a square peg into a round hole so to speak. but the Resolver team are alwys willing to find a way to make it work.

**Official Response from Allan Yue:**

> We're thrilled to hear that you've had a positive experience with our support staff! Our team is dedicated to providing quick and helpful assistance to all our users.

 ### 36. Good platform, but data pulls and searches are not as intuitive as I expected.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John W. | Security Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

Web based, easy to access from anywhere. Also, them implemntation team was factastsic, especially Amin.

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

Data and metrics dashboards are not as easy as I thought they would be. It is also difficult to conduct searches by name, licence plate, address. It shold be more google-like and intuitive.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is easy to access from all sites. The old data Perspective data was able to be migrated, saved, and incorporated into Core. This has been a key selling point. The data migratoin however was complicated as teh systems are completely different.

 ### 37. Resolver is work in progress for the business needs.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Security and Investigations | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

Resolver provides a lot of nice features and intigrations that allow our dispatchers and investigations team to do their job. Customer support is helpful in assisting with tickets.

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

Reports from the end users on some bugs are a concern in the Dispatch tool. Some updates are taking longer to address the issue. Another concern was the end user use of the Resolver Core to obtain data by filtering. While improvements have been made, some modifications are still not updated that the end user would like.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently working with getting updates to reports on what data should be shown on the reports. It has been great working with customer support and making the modifications and getting data needed and not just a data dump.

**Official Response from Allan Yue:**

> We're glad to hear that Resolver is providing helpful features and integrations for your dispatchers and investigations team. We appreciate your feedback about the customer support and are committed to addressing any concerns you have with the Dispatch tool and updates.

 ### 38. Resolver Audit Module

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

Working in Internal Audit, I have found it very beneficial to transition from spreadsheets to a dedicated system. Since my company also utilizes the Risk Management module, it is especially helpful for audit purposes that these modules are integrated and communicate with each other. Additionally, I appreciate the adaptability the system offers, which has been another significant advantage.

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

The tree view still needs improvement when it comes to IA scoping, but I understand that this is already on the resolver team's radar and will be addressed in the future.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Audits now place greater emphasis on control testing, and the setup enables us to map processes and controls centrally in a smarter, more efficient way.

 ### 39. Resolver is intuitively designed making it a user friendly system.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marielena G. | Enterprise Risk Management Analyst II, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

Resolver is very intuitive, most users knew how to navigate the platform with little to no training before. The same can be said about the adminatrative side of Resolver. Changes to forms, roles, reports, etc. are fairly easy to make with the use of the help site.

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

Resolver's seach functionality is hard to use and isn't aways the easiest way to find an object.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resolver allows our company to combine business unit processes all within the same platform. We are able to manage Operational Risk Management, Compliance Management & Testing, Business Continuity, Internal Audit, and Findings Management (to name a few) from a central source. This allows us to cross reference risk, controls, other objects throughout our organization.

**Official Response from Allan Yue:**

> It's great to hear that Resolver has allowed your company to streamline various processes and manage multiple functions from a central platform. We appreciate your feedback on the search functionality and will strive to improve the user experience in this area.

 ### 40. Looking forward to potential

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca R. | Manager, Exam Security, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

We originally selected Resolver for the link analysis tool, and it has been working as expected. It will take some time and effort to get the tool to work well for our team, but Darren R. has been an excellent resource with finetuning the tool.

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

The onboarding process was incredibly difficult and frustrating. The difference in time zones with the developer increased delays and created roadblocks.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Resolver primarily as a incident management tool and to make links between cases.

**Official Response from Allan Yue:**

> It's great to hear that Resolver is helping you with incident management and case linking. We appreciate your feedback and are committed to continuously improving our platform to better serve your needs.

 ### 41. Resolver Core - Incident Management Solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adnan S. | Taskforce member on Preventing & Responding to Sexual Violence, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

Resolver is very userfriendly. I definitely prefer the cloud based option versus on premise, freed up a lot of space on our servers.

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

Although analytics are very interactive, I can only do so much and sometimes cannot run a reprot that I want. There are a lot of formulas that are complicated and can be difficult for a user is not a tech pro.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resolver Core provide cloud based solution which removed IT as a middle man, and save costs on local servers.

 ### 42. Great product and customer service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael M. | Senior Risk Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

I like the ease of capturing and navigating requirement, process, risk and control relationships. The UI is very well put together.

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

I found the in-solution dashboards a little tricky to use but that could be because our data model is complex and I didn't build it

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting risk information from assessments done by different second and third line functions (e.g., ERM, Internal Controls, Compliance, Internal Audit). This allows us to bring complete risk views to our executive team and Board.

**Official Response from Allan Yue:**

> Thanks for the feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you find our product easy to use and it's great to hear how Resolver is helping your organization connect risk information from different functions to provide a more comprehensive risk view to your executive team.

 ### 43. Manager, Internal Controls

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Investment Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

Resolver is user-friendly. It is easy to explore and navigate and users can learn how to make simple configuration changes by themsleves in the system. The user guides available through the help feature are sufficient in helping users learn about the system in an easy manner. Also Customer Support is very good and prompt in addressing tickets.

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

Based on my experience using Resolver for the 52-109 program, I find that Resolver is limited in some ways. Some of the basic features that are typically available in a GRC tool are not there (E.g. Project Management Dashboard, Automated sub-certification process, conditional if/else type of questions in forms, automated risk assessments, etc) . Also the reporting tool needs to be enhanced in Resolver. There is a lot of manipulation required in the reports to ensure the information is complete and accurate.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resolver is now the official book of record for our 52-109 controls. Also, Resolver is helping us issue our quarterly sub-certificates more efficiently as we have automated the sub-certification process.

**Official Response from Allan Yue:**

> We're glad to hear that you find Resolver user-friendly and that our customer support has been prompt in addressing your tickets. We appreciate your feedback on the limitations you've experienced, and we will take it into consideration for future improvements. Thank you for sharing how Resolver is benefiting your organization.

 ### 44. Resolver helped

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

The system is easy to use and follow. The information and the simplicity of collecting that information from the system is just as good. With Resolver allowing external resources to either tap in or utilzie the information internally at my company we are able to project that infromation into graphs and useful KPI's to assist the company to acheive goals. Resolver now has an integrated BI dashboard that makes the information a lot more simpler to obtain and review.

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

Some offshoring of customer service makes it very difficult to work with. One of my biggest concerns is that our system is very unique to our business and I'm sure as it is for other businesses. So when submitting a ticket and getting assistance from the support desk there is many of times that the Resolver portal unique to my company creates confusion into what requires to be fixed. The service clerk goes in and attempts to fix it, which than creates a chain of other issues. Not having a dedicated solutions person makes it complicated and the expereince unenjoyable.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were manually tracking and reviewing Health and Safety incidents alng with security incidents. We are now able to identify the locations and the issues that are occuring by time and date and work within the Opertations to limit and reduce those incidents from happening again.

**Official Response from Allan Yue:**

> It's great to hear that Resolver has helped you automate the tracking and reviewing of Health and Safety incidents, allowing you to identify and address issues more effectively. We're committed to continuously improving our platform to benefit our users.

 ### 45. Resolver Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Security and Investigations | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

Setting up Resolver was straightforward, allowing our team to get up and running quickly. Its intuitive interface significantly streamlined our global training sessions, making it easy for teams worldwide to adopt and utilize effectively

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

New features are not always communicated to the customer. During the implementation with SRM, I discovered a new dashboard feature that was recently added but not yet active within the Dispatch/Reporting module. A briefing on these additional features would have been appreciated.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resolver addresses multiple needs within our operations. Primarily, it serves as our incident database for comprehensive reporting. Additionally, it functions as a dispatch tool for our operators and as a risk-based audit and assessment tool

**Official Response from Allan Yue:**

> We're glad to hear that setting up Resolver was straightforward for your team and that it has significantly streamlined your global training sessions. We appreciate your feedback and will work on improving our communication of new features.

 ### 46. Resolver is a great and easy to use platform to document all security related events and incidents.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Security and Investigations | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

Resolver allows for us to be able to document the entire life cycle of a security or emergency related event. It starts from the ability to create and dispatch an officer on an activity and record all relevant information. If the event warrants additional action like an incident report to be completed, the system has the workflow available to transfer all data from the activity to that report and the ability to capture any additional information or documentation as well. It makes case management so much easier!

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

I don't have much to dislike. I will say, if you wanted to make changes to your forms or how they are collecting information, it isn't something you can easily do unless you are somewhat skilled from a technical stand point, but Resolver's customer support are extremely helpful when you engage them for assitance. They are true to their name, Resolver, becuase if I run into a problem or need something address, they promptly Resolve the issue.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows for us to report all incidents in one place. Also by capturing particular data related to certain incidents, the system allows for you to look at particular things and see what all that person, place, or incident, etc. has been involved in and helps connect the dots.

**Official Response from Allan Yue:**

> Thank you for your feedback! We understand the importance of flexibility in form customization, and we're continuously working to improve our system to make it more user-friendly for all our customers.

 ### 47. My experience with resolver over all have been pretty good. Their support team in particular.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Security and Investigations | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

I like that the interface is user friendly and that it is fairly customizable. And that they take customer feedback with action

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

I don't like how the user profile does not show which properties a person is linked to as well as which categories under a property they have been added to.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are making a proof of concept for using the dispatch program

 ### 48. Resolver

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas B. | Lead Security Investigations & Reporting Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

Real world product offerings developed from listening to the clients that they support. Additionally, cross team collaboration in the product development and excellent product support.

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

The customizing of the Core application comes with the issue of not having a dedicated User Guide to support the product. This issue is not an easy solve as my understanding is that due to the complexity of customizied software, it would be near impossible to create a "One fit for All" guide.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining the reporting process and adhearance to workflows provides for greater data accuracy. Accurate data allows for a cleaner transition to making relevant, intelligent decisions.

 ### 49. Great and easy to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

I love that resolver makes its easy to resolve issues and complaints in a fast and defiant manner

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

Sometimes there are too many options for looking at resolving issues

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to resolve the issues that we have

 ### 50. Banking Customer Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer M. | Enterprise Risk Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Resolver?**

I like how easily configurable it is and how quickly form changes can be made. We are also able to have all 2nd and 3rd line teams working out of the application and tracking issues in the same tool.

**What do you dislike about Resolver?**

As an admin, there isn;t a way to bulk permission a role to varorious objects. Also, the trending in the indicator application only works as of entry date as opposed to a selected as of date.

**What problems is Resolver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resolver is helping us to have more transparency across all 3 lines of defense as well as the ability to track issues across the organization for greater visibility and accountability.

**Official Response from Allan Yue:**

> It's great to hear that Resolver is providing transparency and accountability across your organization. We appreciate your feedback about the admin permissions and trending indicator application, and we will use it to improve the platform for all users.
