Resolves scalability and reusable code blocks allow my team to quickly complete projects and develop code for almost any scenario.

We have had some issues with getting the permissions situated within the environments. The system is secure but allowing certains users to certain features can be a challenge.

**What problems is Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reesolve is auto generating tickets based on alarms and events in the network and performing end to end circuit testing as well as automatically scheduling and updating firware and CPE device configurations.

**What do you like best about Resolve?**

Espressive is a company that really helps make life easier at work, especially when it comes to getting help from IT or HR. Instead of waiting around for someone to answer your email or helpdesk ticket, you can just use their chatbot, called Barista. It’s like having a smart assistant that knows how to answer your questions right away — whether you forgot your password, need help setting up something, or just want to know how to request time off.

What I like most is that it's super easy to use and feels quick and friendly. You don’t have to know the exact name of a policy or form — you just type your question like you would to a real person, and it gives you answers fast.

**What do you dislike about Resolve?**

Sometimes it gives wrong answers or doesn't understand what I mean.

**What problems is Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Espressive is solving the problem of slow and confusing help at work. Instead of waiting for IT or HR to reply to emails or tickets, you just ask their chatbot and get answers quickly.

It saves time, reduces frustration, and helps you focus on your real work.

**What do you like best about Resolve?**

Barista's ability to seamlessly reduce the number of Helpdesk tickets created by our user base. This product provides us with the ability to customize the answers it provides and the product is easily managed by our internal IT team. One the first week of going live with Barista, over 60% of user questions were correctly answered. The questions that weren't properly answered were updated with the help of the Espressive team's weekly reports that show us opportunities for improvement. This helps us continuously improve Barista's knowledge!

It's important to mention that Barista's project deployment team and Marketing team are made up of very talented All-Stars that know what they're doing and know how to achieve the best results. Working with them has been such a pleasure. I can't say enough good things about their professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to do the necessary to help us achieve the results we're looking for.

**What do you dislike about Resolve?**

There's absolutely nothing to dislike about Espressive. After launching Barista, our IT team has been able to spend more time training and learning new skills, since Barista has been able to answer so many of our customer questions. This has been nothing but a win for us!

**What problems is Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Espressive has provided us with a new Helpdesk level one support system that allows our colleagues to get an effective answers to their questions on the fly. This allows them to get the help they need faster than ever. What also makes this tool so convenient is that if Barista doesn't have an answer for them, Barista will automatically create a Helpdesk ticket on their behalf and assign it to an IT expert. This has become a one-stop shop for our employees.

**What do you like best about Resolve?**

The ability to enable our users to solve their issues immediately saves IT time and increases the user's productivity without waiting on others to solve simple, impactful issues. Furthermore, Barista's capability of answering or solving repeat issues allows the team to focus on the more significant problems and ultimately resolve those repeat issues - becoming a strategic partner versus a reactive one! Last but not least, the support of the Espressive team has allowed me and my team to make quick and impactful changes to Barista, enhancing the user experience and Barista's capabilities almost in real-time. This responsiveness, in turn, has driven increased adoption.

**What do you dislike about Resolve?**

Just as with any tool, care and feeding are necessary to increase the tool's value. This is not a fault of Barista or Espressive but a necessity of the business that often is not taken as seriously as it should be. Barista's platform can be complex and needs someone to learn and pay attention to it to realize the most significant value. 
One last note is that integrations of Barista with other platforms need resources who have intimate knowledge of the involved platforms and may take longer than expected as some integrations are not "out-of-the-box." This can be overcome with the right resources from both parties - be sure to plan ahead. However, once connected, the value is quickly realized.

**What problems is Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main business problem is scalability. As within most organizations, the IT team does not grow at the same rate as the rest of the business, so our challenge is to figure out how to continue to provide the level of service we desire with the marginally increased or static resources. Barista allows us to tackle repetitive service requests and incidents through user self-service or automation.  Along with the analytics from Barista, the reduced "noise" frees up valuable "human" time to focus on the more complicated or urgent issues.

**What do you like best about Resolve?**

Espressive Barista has enabled our IT team to lead by example and show the rest of the teams how automation can be seamless and beneficial in empowering employees. Barista's ability to understand the questions and the expanse of word cloud makes it easy to capture and map different questions and map them to the correct answers. 
Collaborating with the Espressive team has been an absolute pleasure. They are really good at what they do and with their feedback and constant support, we had a good start and see a growing use within the organization. Regular meetings and comprehensive reports from the team makes it easy to improve the knowledge base and capture any new questions that come our way.

Shout out to all the people at Espressive for making it easy to collaborate with them!

**What do you dislike about Resolve?**

User adoption can be challenging when introducing any new application or technology but the experts at Espressive made it easy to deploy and market the application. Marketing and customer success team's worked with us and helped tackle any issues we faced along the way. Their continuous support is very commendable and makes it easy for us to be on track and constantly improve the service provided.

With Espressive in place, we noticed that users are able to get answers to commonly asked questions a lot faster than usual. It saves a lot of time and the team is able to work on more complex tasks and projects.

**What do you like best about Resolve?**

I like that Barista is unlike other bots I've used. Instead of asking a question and having a 2-page article display on the screen, we can program Barista to interact with the customer and display a step-by-step answer. For more complex scenarios, Barista will allow the customer to verify the information and answer one question simultaneously, preventing the customer from getting overwhelmed.

**What do you dislike about Resolve?**

Depending on the organization and the security restrictions, Barista can be very complex to setup. For our organization, the most valuable win with Barista, would be to automate processes fully. This means that after answering a few questions, Barista would take care of the rest. Unfortunately, we are not quite there yet.

**What problems is Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Barista, Espressive solves quick and easy questions and answers from our customers. We are also integrated with our ITSM system and connected to many service catalog items for partial automation.

**What do you like best about Resolve?**

I like the ease of adding new information to the intelligent agent. The no-code interface for creating new workflows is excellent for anyone who wants to learn it. The reliability of the service is a high point. In the days of multiple outages of other products like Microsoft 365, we have not experienced any outages over several years of using the product.

**What do you dislike about Resolve?**

I can't think of any significant downsides of Espressive Barista. Overall my company has been pleased with the product.

**What problems is Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We suffered from many repetitive help desk tickets asking for solutions that were readily available to the callers. Steering end users to the correct support methods has been very effective.

**What do you like best about Resolve?**

I have plenty of good things to say about Barista. First, off the Barista Shop is amazing. It's an easy way for users to see what softwares we offer and can easily request a software. Barista have deflected many common support IT tickets, as it answers commonly asked questions or create a ticket upon request for certain things needed. Automation is defintely one of the key highlight allowing the Tech Team to be more hands off.  Barista serves as a great self service tool, giving back the IT Team time and resources to dedicate to other tasks. We have also integrated Barista into our Slack Help Desk Channel and it is particularly popularing, getting tons of traction daily. In addition, I would like to thanks the Espressive Team especially Dylan for the continuous support training our internal Tech Team and assisting us with building our Barista.

**What do you dislike about Resolve?**

Barista is a great tool, but need to keep in mind that it is still conintiously being developed. But upside is that the support and engineer Espressive Team are really quick to address concerns and features requested! Excellent Team.

Espressive is helping us empower users to use this self service tool to empower our users. Not only that, it is saving us tons of time and resources to dedicate it elsewhere.

**What do you like best about Resolve?**

Resolve is one its kind tool which has helped us in managing our end to end operations of our business. Creating the workflows of our old as well as new projects has helped us a lot and on top their support team are very supportive to make you learn how you can work around this tool.

**What do you dislike about Resolve?**

The only issue that I as well as my team members complain about is the tool being slow in its response. As a company, they need to work on this feedback.

The 2 great things that I would like to mention apart from all other functionality is that Resolve helps us in data storage and its protection. Also, you can easily work around the data which you store.

Being able to automate requests in order to empower our employees to self service their requests as much as possible.

**What do you dislike about Resolve?**

We are at the forefront of using Barista and trying to utilize all the features that come with Barista. This was painful as some of the features like the mailing list automation was created but were still very buggy. However, the results of getting it implemented will continue to save us time in the fututre.

**What problems is Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to remove simple tasks that service members would normally have to handle. The first one was being able to provision from the user's request, manager approval, and then the OKTA application being assigned to them in OKTA. Allowing software to be requested and then provisioned without any IT intervention. We were also about to use their Office 365 integration to automate mailing list related tasks. Now we don't have to worry about our mailing lists as everyone can manage them within the company while we record all these changes with JIRA tickets that auto-close.

Support and flexiblity of the application with service desk. Ability to utilize existing data from multiple sources is a great plus to this application. Support teams are good.

Sometimes the logic and implementing the right flows. It would be good to have some more detailed documentation that gets down to a granular level some of the configurations.

I LOVE how easy it has been to integrate with Espressive Barista. It's customizable, super easy to use, and the team behind the application is VERY, very supportive.

**What do you dislike about Resolve?**

I don't have much to say in terms of dislike. I guess I dislike that we did not use them sooner.

Barista is helping offload a lot of easy, redundant tasks that we do daily. It also answers repetitive questions automatically that we would normally have to stop and answer. Barista has been a HUGE time saver.

**What do you like best about Resolve?**

hi Team,  this is Sivakumar from BT.  we have started using the resolve from 6.0 version. Now we have upgraded to 6.5.0.8.  Resolve automation speed and load balancing got improved drastically. Now  Resolve has more capabilities in developing Automations. 
Admin reports capabilities increased. This is giving more details about the Stats.
over all Resolve  automation is  really good and   for implementing the automation. this will reduce the manual effort.

**What do you dislike about Resolve?**

Though resolve tool is really good automation.  there is a lot of possibility of improvement.
1. Testing can be  extended to all databases
2. found  issues  related to Database  Filters..

**Recommendations to others considering Resolve:**

Lot of space for product testing improvement.  pls  check  and improve the product testing.

Automations speed increased much faster. Loadbalancing was improved between all components.

The integration that Espressive Barista provides right out of the box makes this an extremely powerful Customer Experience tool.

I don't have any dislikes. It's fulfilled all our needs.

Espressive Barista is supporting our Human Resources department answering questions 24/7 and IT with Tier 0 support questions. Espressive Barista has freed up our Tier 1 agents so they can spend more time with our customers with actual Tier 1/2 issues.

**What do you like best about Resolve?**

I just finished my training, so I don't have any own projects at the moment.  Most of all, I like the building block principle with which Resolve works, which means that you don't need a lot of programming knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Resolve?**

I wouldn't say that there are any big mistakes. All works fine. The only thing that bothered me a little was that the training is only offered in English, so I often needed longer than average to understand the contents.

**Recommendations to others considering Resolve:**

Take your time for the training of Resolve, and don't rush through it. When you later work with Resolve, you then don't have to ask any questions about working.

**What problems is Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because I just finished my training, I didn't realize any Projekts on my own at the moment. I plan to automate some processes in the field of mobile communications.

**What do you like best about Resolve?**

What I like best about Resolve as an organization is the willingness of the Resolve representatives to help out. They always have a "can-do" mentality in assisting us with our automation challenges at Liberty Global. This positive mentality is on top of their potent workflow automation product.

**What do you dislike about Resolve?**

In general, it is cumbersome to automate complicated use-cases, especially where many organizational departments are involved. This is no different for Resolve Automation than it is for any similar automation product. The newly launched automation library helps in showcasing standardized automations which have re-use potential. The applicable ones require adapting to the organization-specific use-case situation.

**What problems is Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At Liberty Global we have predominantly implemented automation use-cases in five areas: Auto ticket creation, auto ticket suppression, semi auto ticket and task creation, auto ticket update, and Provisioning & Diagnostics. The benefits regard time-saved, error reduction, improved service quality, and also focus on employee retention.

Multilingual support and varied connectivity options were the main features liked in resolve. It was easy to deploy on any system.

**What do you dislike about Resolve?**

Resolve was not accepted widely by the customers due to the high license fees and infra. The customer didn't want to incur to high infra cost for an automation tool

**What problems is Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When a system gets stuck, firing commands to get the system up and running was the main task. Configuring system by performing a series of steps was also done adequately by resolve.

Great sets of integration available along with ease of developing complex workflows.

**What do you dislike about Resolve?**

It's stability & no DR architecture is a minus for us. Hope vendor addresses it in the further releases.

**Recommendations to others considering Resolve:**

It's a nice workflow automation tool with a good set of integrations available to automate your daily workflows. However I'll suggest to spend some time with Vendor before the implementation to review the architecture & work on DR setup.

**What problems is Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resolve has been instrumental in automating some of the daily tasks like Regular HealthCheck of services along with automated alert handling of usual operations like Filesystem/CPU etc.

The automation model is the most helpful tool. being about to drag and drop a flow to start the automation processes is really helps get things going. Upside if using resolve is having the ability to use different types of programs/code in same tool and the ability marry these program together

The least helpful part seems to ability to search inside the worksheets for specific error or issues on specific action task results.
Down size to using Resolve is need some understanding of groovy to really get use out of action task. Programs like Ansible convert you actions into needed code.

**What problems is Resolve solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving a lot of day to day, or repeated tasks. Also tracks that each task was completed and what the results was.  good for confirming to management tasks are getting completed. Automation solves a lot of the mistypes or human errors that cause delay and possible money.

The user interface is pretty easy to navigate. It allows for team collaboration to happen wuickly and effectively. This program in particular has certain features that helps it to stand out from other programs I have used.

Sometimes the system does not respond as quickly as I would like it to. It takes a decent amount of time to update information.

The best thing about Resolve Systems is that they deliver a very efficient and organized approach for many incident responses. All incident related activities are properly recorded with really good detail. They provide them with fully automated responses. I have also heard that there are a lot of successful workshops which I might like to attend.

It seems very complicated at some times, and the sales seem very immature therefore I would advise that you ask a lot of questions when you have problems.
