  ### 1. ResMan software is a breath of fresh air full of micronutrients!

**What do you like best about ResMan?**

The simplicity of the software is key for our affordable housing company as new users. Onboarding was well thought out with the very detailed requests for information that created an easy integration for our company to bring data over to our new home base. The layout of modules being customizable for each user is quite helpful to streamline the workflow process. As we grow as a company the software is growing with us, not only in data storage but in use as we add users and get more and more out of the software from the many aspects of use it provides. Our many departments of the company enjoy the features ResMan's software provides and some have begain to use the software daily just to enjoy seeing the progress of our day to day work activities. This provides accountability for the staff and an overall appreciation of what our team accomplishes here on a dailly basis. The best part of ResMan for me has been the customer support, who has gone above and beyond to help me resolve some very complex property specific situations I have encountered as I'm cleaning up the property from previous management. The support is a dream team!

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

The difficulties I had with ResMan software pertain to understanding the ledgers and accounting side of the software for affordable housing. These are no fault of ResMan, but simply my understanding of how it works. The trouble I have had in understanding the resident ledger versus the HAP ledger has been resolved by the amazing support. They even have a support department specifically for accounting. This fixed my missunderstanding, and has now made me feel like somewhat of an accounting wizzard. Somewhat is the key word, maybe a few more training videos and I'll feel like a real wizzard.

**What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ResMan software has allowed our company to ditch the expensive and innefective "compliance processing" company we had used that caused us to become months behind and nearly fail our last audit. Using ResMan for our software has helped us get back in compliance, see areas we need to improve or focus on in an effortless way with multiple reports.

Since i just moved up from being a lease agent to a assistant property manager i am able to do things in resman that i couldnt do when i was a leasing agent.

We love using Resman, it's user Friendly and it integrates with amazing providers. We love the way it integrates and the Resman team is so helpfull every step of the way!

I love everything about Resman! There's nothing I dislike!

It's resolving all aspect of operations, we started using Resman Payments and we want to use resman screening.

What is most helpful is Resman is the resident  portal and the resident submit their own workorders.

What is least dislike about Resman is  that can't delete an resident  from  resident options.

The business problems are solvng  problems going back looking at video of the presentation of the subject you having problems with.

Some Report issues. But I do know they are working with us to get the reports where we want them.

When we have Affordable Housing issues they are on top of things and add features to Resman that helps us out.

Most things are good but I have had issues with it being very date sensitive but I understand why it is.

intuitive - ease of moving around inside the program is terrific.   It just makes sense
Whenever you Click on blue wording -- it takes you to that resident page, unit, category, etc.  
I  appreciated that during implementation switching from Quickbooks to ResMan financial was easy because they are both easy to navigate and very intuitive.
Whenever I have an issue the help desk is terrific.  They keep you informed of where they are in the process of solving your issue
They listen to me about what I would love to see for a new feature.
Our management staff uses ResMan exclusively - every day!
During Integration - the spreadsheets used to input Tenant file data and Inventory worked GREAT!

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

Wish the Maintenance Work Orders would log/date stamp when changes are made to them or they are updated.

**What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the fact that all areas of management cycle are integrated located in one program

The system is easy to use, and the customer support is great!  I love all of the constant improvements that are rolled out.

It would be nice if some of the reporting were more customizable and we could add additional information that benefits us.

**What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the ResMan website for our communities.  It has resolved data feed issues we were previously experiencing with other platforms.  We can quickly make adjustments to our specials ourselves, which has been awesome!

It's easy to use, very specific on everything. Fast to learn. I just love it, one of my favorite programs.
It has a HELP bottom. Easy to navigate, to add  prospects, residents and more.

It kick you out after 10 minutes you don't use the program.

Resman's ease of use and user fiendly interface allows me to complete tasks with ease and saves me time.

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

Resmans interface is sometimes very plain but this doesn't effect it's efficeincy as a software.

**What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resman allows us to have an entirely online file system on site all while allowing us a very effcient move-in, and move-out process. The intergration with Blue Moon leasing is extremely helpful as well. Unlike other softwares I've used everything is labeled exactly what I expect it to be, and very easy to find.

**What do you like best about ResMan?**

My company uses ResMan for tax credit and conventional properties.  I enjoy learning about all the functions ResMan has offer.  I appreciate that it is a user friendly software and the online agent tab is a big plus; which makes customer support so easy and inviting.

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

Just as with any other type of software, ResMan does take getting use to.  Once you do have a grip on the many features it has and how easy it is to use, you will not want to use any other software.

**What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, we are intergrating the tenant income certification form in the system and ResMan has been key in providing support to address and resolve this issue.

so far, there is nothing to dislike. I thoroughly enjoy using resman ver other softwares.

It helps to streamline the way we work our inhouse cocllections which enable us to get more money and remedy bad debt.

**What do you like best about ResMan?**

Resman is so easy to use. I have worked in property management for 20 years. I have been using Resman every day for over 5 years now.   I have added Resman for my non-property management accounts too!  If I cannot figure out something, customer support will save the day. 

Resman integrates with many other software systems for Multifamily Property Management making my job easier.  The implementation with Resman and integrating software has been smooth, without conflict and no adjustment to my day-to-day flow.  

I regularly attend the Resman knowledge hour- it is their version of introducing new features.  I do this to stay up to date on new roll-outs.  I once dreaded new software features- With Resman they are short, to the point, and allow me to continually progress.  Resman is extremely affordable.

I do not have anything I dislike about Resman right now :)

**What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Resman, our Tenant Ledgers were separate from Accounting- it sucked.

What I love most about Resman is how it's such a brezze to learn because everything is so easy to find. I am a leasing agent & being able to basically have everything in one place makes my job so much smoother.

I don't really have a dislike for Resman but maybe sometimes it can get a bit slow.

Resman is helping slove not having to use mutiple programs because it keeps everything in one.

The best part is that its all in one for leasing to maintanince easy to use and sign in on phone it is an everyday use item and if i get lost the customer support is there to help anytime. I like how easy Resman is to use. The search bar at the top makes everything easy to locate.

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

I dislike that the search bar doesn't use "keywords" to search. If you're looking for a GL account or report, you have to use the first name of that item just as it's listed in the system. The system does seem to lag a bit on the first and last day of the month, which is understandable as that's when most properties are closing and opening their books.

Resman offers a details property management software that allows accurate record-keeping. It's easy to learn, so there's not a ton of time required to train new team members. I love the texting feature, which allows easy communication with prospects and residents.

The most helpful thing in my opinion is the way it tracks statistics and KPI's such as maintenance requests, inventorys, residents. I like the resident text interface which makes it very easy to send our mass emails and texts to every resident

I dont like how the make ready board works. It tends to erase scheduled events in between future and current units

Inventory control as well as how well my maintenance staff is completing work orders. It has vastly improved our communications with the resident of this complex.

**What do you like best about ResMan?**

Resman is very user friendly, I can take a new Property Manager and teach it to them quickly as opposed to Yardi.  I like the fact I can see the bank register, the reporting is pretty robust too.  And the ability to customize user access is also very intuitive and robust at the same time!!  I am a super user and I really like the software compared to what I have used in Yardi and Yardi Breeze!!

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

Resman doesn't allow the use of attributes like Yardi does, so reporting based on different attributes isn't possible.  I also wish there were more report customizations available.  The cash flow statement isn't really the best either, and the reporting to pull to do subledger tie outs for multiple properties at one time is not there, doing that a single property at a time is a pain.

**What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Resman allows for the tracking of the financials of the properties we manage, along with work orders by residents.  It allows for ease of use for both the administration and bank reconciliations, and since it's more user friendly it helps with our property managers who aren't necessarily financially knowledgeable.

The upsides of using ResMan are that it is very user friendly, if you arent tech savy its still rwally easy to use. The system never has issues or runs slow either which is very helful in ensuring we can work efficiently!

The downside of ResMan I've noticed is I dont like how the information doesnt populate in the search bar as you type. It doesnt help when Im unsure of what/ who I am trying to find so if it started to populate as I typed that would help so much.

Marketing reports could be improved, and do not provide enough information, perimeters for reporting are not clear and data does not always match from one report to the other. Old Property text count also stays on profile after inactive.  

Would love to see more graphs avialable for data so we don't have to export to excel.

It helps with my job all around. The accessibility is amazing!

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

The only issue i have experienced is with the system going down from time to time

**What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not necessarily solving but making my job easier. I am a leasing agent so it assists me with every part of my job.

**What do you like best about ResMan?**

I love its ability to provide so much information from data to make comprehensive reports to support property managment, budget and decision making

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

Terrible on boarding - too much information, too fast.  I had to hire a consultant to help with set-up and implementation.

**What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All of the data correlated into useful reports.
