I love using ResMan. It is simple and easy to understand. It is also very user friendly, as if I make a mistake, its easy to go and fix it.

I wish it was a little more sophisticated, but I really like what it has to offer

It helps me keep accountability of my tenants, and my rentables. I love the reports it pulls and its ease of use.

I just recently am to to Resman, it is extremly user friendly. I have been in property management for 32 years and this is the best management sytem I have worked on. I like how everything I need for my daily business is right in front of me.

I have not found a down size to Resman !!

Resman is easy to use and I like how everything I need to do my job daily is at my fingertips.

Navigating the different options for residents is super user friendly. Reaching out to support for any questions is always taken care of in a timely manner.

I don't have any complaints. Everything has always been easy for me to take care of.

Resman creates an easy space to be able to keep track of anything that is happening with current residents.

**What do you like best about ResMan?**

The user interface is intuitive and easy to use for the onsite teams.  Customer is support is awesome.  The integrations work very well and are easy to implement.

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

I'd like to see more options for the permissions that help us limit what onsite teams can do without taking everything away from them.  Example, I don't want the onsite employees removing late fees but I need them to reverse inaccurate charges.  I have to take their ability to reverse or edit items to take away their abiity remove late fees.

**What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Minimizes mistakes onsite teams make on ledgers.  Yardi and Onesite are a nightare to correct!  It's easy to submit vouchers and reconcile them.  It doens't take us near as long to reconcile.  The boardroom has real time information and I look at all properties at the same time.  It really saves time in everyone's day because we have become more efficient.

I don't have a lot of time to be searching around for tenant information and Resman has a few different ways to do things.

Resman is a great solutio for property managrs looking for a comprehensive tool. Ease of use, integrations, and scalability male it a solid choice for property management.

**What do you like best about ResMan?**

I love the fact that you can fix anything! Its so simple to use and so easy to learn and teach new employees as well.

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

To be honest, there is not much to dislike! A couple of things I would change are below: 
1) When you pull the new prospect report I would love a way to factor out lost and leased, so you are only looking at proper leads to contact. 
2) I wish the make-ready board was a bit more customizeable.

**What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love that you can do tasks in bulk! Makes like so much easier when changing dues accross a floorplan or making larger posts versus 1x1 each time. I also LOVE the texting feature, It is one of my top fave things!

I love how easy it is to find everything. When my company tells me to pull a report with out direction on how to pull the report i can easily figure out what they are needing and send it to them quickly.

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

At time time nothing. If there is something i need in resman then i submit a ticket to resman and normally its added or they tell me how to get the same information a different way or location.

**What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At this time i do not know of any promblems that are currently being resolved.

The biggest thing is that Resman does EVERYTHING! It is so organized and keeps everything oreganized. I like that it is simple to use and you can't break it!

Sometimes it can glitch up when it needs to save someting but that could happen with any software. I wish it had a note section on the customer accounts.

It keeps all of my vacant and notice to vacates and ready / not ready etc.. organized and easily accessable.

The app allows us to communicate so well, it is elite. The tracking and the ability to switch with a click is beautiful!
I love that 100s of windows don't open, You keep my desktop clean and easy to manage. The program is easy to use without a teacher, it just takes a curious mind to figure out how to maneuver around the fields.

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

Auuuuu Renewals on the first page, I wouldn't say, I have my back against the wall on "How the notes need to be updated"  When I receive messages I wish it would say what apt home is writing me, not just the name.

HEY, I STILL LOVE THE PROGRAM REGARDLESS!!! I USED YARDIE, REALPAGE,ONESITE....This one is the BEST!

Our last software had a lot of problems and so far, Resman has been able to conquer all our problems.

**What do you like best about ResMan?**

The software is easy to use and to learn.  The support is always helpful and quick to get back to resolve any issues we might have and our representative(s) are always following up and making sure we have resolved anything that we are having issues with.  Resman updates and creates updates so that we are on the leading edge of the technology platforms.

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

I don't have any dislikes about Resman.  They have given us a software that is easy to use, lease to learn and easy to teach to our staff.

**What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems that come up are usually simple to resolve.  Historically, it has been learning to create reports and/or not knowing permissions one of the staff members needed.  Everything was resolved and 90% of the time it was resolved in less than a few hours.

Love everything about ResMan.  Leasing side is perfect for our office staff and tenants. Accounting side is seamless.

Can't think of anything really.  Wish ResMan would develop a payroll module!!

Removed the excessive paper!  Connected all our business areas - leasing & accounting.  Cloud based system was so welcome by all employees and tenants.

I love that I can quickly navigate through the system and locate things that I need. I also like the fact that I have great support.

**What do you like best about ResMan?**

An upside to ResMan is the accessibility to support. ResMan provides several ways of getting support depending on the user's comfort level. There is self-help or the option of speaking with an agent. Knowledgeable staff during implementation and integration makes multiple property onboarding possible.

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

The downside or ResMan is not being able to put in the actual deactivation date when canceling a product. The system only allows the user to enter the date as the end of the month, so in addition to putting in the request, the user has to send an email to ensure deactivation happens on the correct date.

**What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company recently started using ResMan Screening and it has lessened the amount of time it takes for approval.

When I started at my new company, navigating Resman was so simple, it did not need much training to hit the ground running.

I wish the text field was bigger, so that when we are sending mass notifications, there is more room to give more information to our Residents.

Easy to get information that is needed to be an asset manager/general partner on the property. I do not have a background in Real Estate but learned Resman so quickly.

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

Would like it if all Boardroom tabs opened at once versus having to click on each one.

See how my apartment investment is doing both as an overview and in depth reports.

**What do you like best about ResMan?**

I loved having the RESMAN training sessions on Monday afternoon. That was perfect for our team. The parties this year were AMAZING and so much fun!

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

I have no dislikes to report. The only bad thing we had was that the App was very glitchy and, at times, could not pull up the RESMANIA 2024 schedule up, the app would just say no events available.

**What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We moved to RESMAN Payments after RESMANIA 2023 and it was the best move we have made to date since moving to RESMAN. Before RESMAN payments we were seeing several charge backs per month. We moved to REsman payments almost 10 months ago and we have yet to have a charge back!

**What do you like best about ResMan?**

ResMan has a lot of functionality.  The customer support is the best.  They are very responsive and helpful.  There are training modules, help topics and regular webinars to dive into various functions of the software.

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

Unfortunately, the large amount of functionality can make the software confusing sometimes.  Some things are not intuitive and I need to keep lists of how to do certain things that are not common.  The help is excellent though so it's not a huge issues.

The base software and itegrations are very good.

**What do you like best about ResMan?**

I am part of a site team and use ResMan daily to complete the majority of my tasks, my favorite thing about ResMan is their wilingness to accept customer feedback and cater the product to meet the needs of our challenges. The customer support team is top tier and is always quick to provide guidance. We also use a few other products and the integration between ResMan and those programs is acurate and makes things much easier!

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

I would like more characters in the property messaging function for text messaging.

**What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ResMan has allowed us to go paperless which has saved us countless office hours filing and has allowed us to be more resident focused!

Resman does not use different modules for operations to accounting.  It is all integrated together. 

The system is user friendly and the staff really enjoys using the system.  Questions you might have can easily get the answered through the "help" function.

The system simple makes sense.

it appears the system has many more customers to onboard.  The onboarding is slower with new properties coming onto our system several times a year.

**What do you like best about ResMan?**

We love ResMan's many features that make tracking all items at a property so much easier! We can access whatever we need to from our phones anywhere we are and everyone on the team is on the same page of what is going on at the property. It is a great tool to link corporate offices and onsite teams. Also, using ResMan payments gives our residents the ability to pay online which makes both them and the property happy for less work of processing other payments manually! We also like the Support Chat, it gets us in contact with someone almoost instantly to help us resolve any issues that arrise, no waiting on hold forever waiting ot talk to support agents like many oter big companies. And I can't foret about integrations! It is so nice to be able to have the ability to add on integrasted partners that access all the data in one place and not have to go to multiple websites for the different services your business uses.

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

There are not many downsides of ResMan. I would say when we do find a bug in the software, it does take a decent amount of time to fix, but this is to be expected. We are just coming from our own software that we could fix ourselves, so it is an adjustment to get used to. I would say as well that onboarding could come with much more training to better understand the items that you need to import in order to start off correctly and in the best way.

Linking Corporate and On Site Teams and tracking all aspects of the Properties' business needs

ResMan is user friendly and not complicated like many other Property Management software products I have used. My users all report that it is easy to understand and intuitive!

I don't see any downsides to using ResMan, but like any software, there is room for improvement on some things.  I like that we can make suggestions and they are considered when the ResMan team makes upgrades and changes.

ResMan is solving many problems for us including compliance with affordable housing regulations, ease of use for users with little computer experience and reports we can depend on that make all our lives easier!

Customer support is quick at solving problems and getting back to you. Resman is always improving its features and has a lot of great tools that are easy to use. Integreation with other products is extremely easy and fast. Easy implementation and allows each user to customize their experience. I've used Resman every day for the past 5 years for our property. Resman is great about integrating with new products so you can customize how you want to manage. They are also great about taking feedback to improve their products.

I feel that the Resident Portal for residents could be improved and an app would be great to see in the future.

Property managment is made easy with Resman, from leasing, to accounting and owners.

The bulk update and communication text. It makes it easier to commicate with leads and residents. I also love the ease of running trailing profit and being able to click on it to see invoices etc. It makes financials a lot easier.

nothing really so far it's way easier. I teach others how to use at times and it goes smoothly I end up learning more features.

I love how easy it is to maneuver Resman, I am new to resman and I have been enjoying it more than any other apartment community softwears. I am able to help the resdients faster and the best part is when my manager asks for things Iam able to have muutiple windows open.

The only thing I would say that somtimes I dont like is everything has to be done manually. However that just might be my companys budget.

ResMan is very user friendly and I like the fact that reports have imbedded hyperlinks to take me directly into a GL for further review.

My biggest pet peeve with ResMan is the date "memory" between the bank and invoice searches. While I choose to look back at ALL open invoices for payables, I have absolutely no desire to view a bank account all the way back to 2001.

I love how I am able to do everything all on ResMan! All of my documents are there and if I ever have to add any kind of document all I have to do is scan the document to my computer and upload it to ResMan it is so easy, helpful, and AMAZING! When having to add an applicant it is so easy to do because it is so detailed and simple! It takes you to each step that you have to do to make sure you ALWAYS do it correct and you don't miss anything important!

I wish that when some calls like a resident or prospect, their information pops up and would populate their unit and all of their information.

**What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ResMan is solving the problem of not loosing applications or any kind of documentation that goes with an apartment application! When someone is applying all they have to do is upload it and it is right there when I need it! If I need a specific document that is not in the file all I have to do is go to ResMan and there it is! It helps me keep everything in one safe and secure spot so nothing gets lost! It is so incredibly easy to use! ResMan is the most convenient and easiest property management program I have EVER used! I hope I never ever have to use any other program other than ResMan

Our company has been using ResMan for about 2 years now and WE ARE LOVING IT!! I really love the layout of the software. We love that it is user friendly. We love that there is a HELP tab with the click of a finger we can find answers to commonly asked questions. If we have any questions the RESMAN team is quick to respond! This software make it really easy to stay organized, and helps you to stay on taslk. We use this software daily! Integration is really user friendly! It was really easy to implement this new software into our daily tasks. I am so glas out company made the switch to ResMan.

What do we dislike about ResMan? To be honest, I have used 5 different softwares for Leasing, and this one takes the cake. I do not have any dislikes with this product.

ResMan checks all the boxes! We use ResMan to follow up with leads, stay on top of expiring/ renewing leases, our residents pay rent with their online resident portal, it has amazing reports, it really solves ALL the problems!

**What do you like best about ResMan?**

The simplicity of the software is key for our affordable housing company as new users. Onboarding was well thought out with the very detailed requests for information that created an easy integration for our company to bring data over to our new home base. The layout of modules being customizable for each user is quite helpful to streamline the workflow process. As we grow as a company the software is growing with us, not only in data storage but in use as we add users and get more and more out of the software from the many aspects of use it provides. Our many departments of the company enjoy the features ResMan's software provides and some have begain to use the software daily just to enjoy seeing the progress of our day to day work activities. This provides accountability for the staff and an overall appreciation of what our team accomplishes here on a dailly basis. The best part of ResMan for me has been the customer support, who has gone above and beyond to help me resolve some very complex property specific situations I have encountered as I'm cleaning up the property from previous management. The support is a dream team!

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

The difficulties I had with ResMan software pertain to understanding the ledgers and accounting side of the software for affordable housing. These are no fault of ResMan, but simply my understanding of how it works. The trouble I have had in understanding the resident ledger versus the HAP ledger has been resolved by the amazing support. They even have a support department specifically for accounting. This fixed my missunderstanding, and has now made me feel like somewhat of an accounting wizzard. Somewhat is the key word, maybe a few more training videos and I'll feel like a real wizzard.

**What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ResMan software has allowed our company to ditch the expensive and innefective "compliance processing" company we had used that caused us to become months behind and nearly fail our last audit. Using ResMan for our software has helped us get back in compliance, see areas we need to improve or focus on in an effortless way with multiple reports.
