I use ResMan for leasing and it makes leasing a smoother experience. I really like the communication options and how easy it is to access everything, it's super organized. Everything is sorted and labeled, which I find very convenient. The initial setup was super easy.

The most helpful thing about ResMan is customer service. One of the upsides of using ResMan is the ease of learning how to use the software

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

The least helpful thing about using ResMan is adding recertification tics and leases to the software. There seems to be a great deal of going back and forth to add anything.  The software would be more user friendly if, instead of going out of the screens, going to a different screen, then going back to the previous screens, it would be more helpful to be able to stay within the same screen.

ResMan is helping solve the issue of being required to have an electronic record of tenant information.

Very useful in several ways. We are able to chat, save documents and attach via portal at the same time, and reporting is sooo much better

Nothing really. We love the package we have with the company :)

The dashboard is fairly intuitive. It's flexible enough to arrange the way you want. We use it weekly to track our property KPIs.

Some of the reporting is a bit clunky, but they have been making improvements.

We use it to view the up to the minute status of our properties. Financial, leasing, and maintenance activities are all monitored.

It is really user friendly.  Training on it is a breeze because it's very intuitive.

The new layout.  Some processes like Bulk Renewals changed and it wasn't broken.  Customer support also could be improved and be more real time.

Communication--this is the first product I have used with built in texting.

Somtimes the program is slow to load before we are notified there is an issue

Before budget information and past resident history was almost nonexistant.  Spending is easier now.

Resman is easy to use all tabs have lables. There is even help buttons that provide a detailed responses when help is needed. Very easy for some one not tech savy to learn

I wish there was a search bar to find tabs like "rent roll" or other items in reports.

one issue is rent payment allowing residents to make partial payment is great for payment arragements made on paper

It is a friendly, efficient, and powerful tool for property management; it makes a difference in saving me considerable amounts of time and effort. It also works for any stage of the Renting process ( prospecting, Application, Leasing, residents, Collecting rent). I use it every single day, and it is perfectly integrated to the maintenance software. The Training to use it was simple, so it was also easy to implement

The software never fails. However, I would like to see more fast answers from customer support

ResMan is extremely user friendly and intuitive to use. It has allowed us to keep the same workforce while expanding our business because of how much time we are able to save by using all the ResMan tools. We are able to complete bank reconciliations within minutes, run report batches customized to client's needs, and overall complete all the leasing and accounting steps with efficiency.

I have yet to find a downside to using ResMan

ResMan is always updating it's reports to include more nieche reports. They recently changed how you can reach customer support and that will be very beneficial

**What do you like best about ResMan?**

I love the ease of access, I know where to navigate too and if I dont it is pretty easy to find. The support and the monthly calls with our case manager are amazing, yall go above and beyond to help our team, and while I am sure there are many others, Sierra, Beth and Carlos are some of our special people with Resman.

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

The knowledge of the CSR's however they have done huge improvement over the years and they are getting much much better, used to it would take several days to get a resolution and now its a matter of minutes or hours, huge improvement !

**What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One place for everything, all of our services are integrated, Flex, Rhino, EPremium, Gatby, Amrent etc...This has been so convenient, when we purchase a new property the integration team is on top of it getting things handled and the ease of the transition makes it all flow better.

I love the boardroom section. It makes it easier to look up property data at a glance and is easy to understand especially for those who are new to the software.

I don't like how sometimes it takes long to load something when I search it up even though my internet connection is secure.

It makes it easier to lease. The software has everything integrated so I don't have to click too much to get data.

We have just completed year one with ResMan and we are so happy we made the decision to switch to ResMan. It was a seamless transition with topnotch onsite training for our entire team and continued ongoing support.  user friendly for our office teams, prospects and residents.

We are still learning all the ins and outs of the program and hope to continue to grow and learn all the features ResMan has to offer.

**What do you like best about ResMan?**

The staff at Resman always are so willing to help us with any issues we run into. The system is so user friendly and makes work a lot easier. Adding new features and including Apartment Dynamics in helping design those new additions has been really nice. Especially so we can give our inputs from a management conmpany stand point. Plaid is the best integration that's been implemented! From the Accounting side it makes my life so much easier. Even through it's flaws, Caroline and the Resman team helped us to better Plaid!

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

When I'm working on multiple tabs, I'll set my date range and property to one thing and on another broswer I'll have a different property and different date range. If you save or update that page it changes the property and my dates that you had set. This is very frustrating having to go back and adjust my dates and property each time I save or reload the page.

**What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We just had a flaw with Resman not batching invoices over from AvidXchange. Resman had an update that threw a few things off when moving invoices over. This moved them  to the Activity log. It is very intuitive and easy to learn. I  do not ever struggle to find reports that I  need or export reports for presentations.

I  just wish that the mobile version was better.

ResMan is the crux of our maintenance and leasing work flows. All of our lead tracking and work order management is done through ResMan and it is seamless. I  never have issues training new employees to use.

ResMan is very user friendly and has a lot of built in capability to increase the effeiciency of work with payables.  I love that ResMan keeps a personal connecion with their clients.  You never feel like you are abother when there is a question or issue that you need help with.  Someone at ResMan is always willing to help even if all you need is to talk out the process.

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

The only thing I can add here is that HUD Voucher Creation can be very slow some months.

**What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our properties are able to access the resident ledgers and reports in real time themselves and do no have to wait on someone at corporate to provide the report or information.

Nothing yet. But I would love to be able to turn in my compliance packet and integrate it with resman so they can fill out via docu-sign to simplify things for tenants who don't drive or can't come to the office and complete compliance for renewals and new applicants.

User friendly. This is the best software I've used for property management.

There's only 2 things I wish were different but can you really get everything you wish?
1. When putting in a prospect a requirement is to put in there address but most people calling do not want to give you that information yet. It kinda scares them away.
2. If you don't use the system for more than 5 minutes, it logs you out. I wish it lasts longer before I get logged out.

The ease of finding information fast.

What I like most about ResMan is that the softwear won't let you make a mistake. If everything is not completed correct it won't let you move on to the next step. Easy shortcuts that makes the process quick and convenient.

ResMan offers a user-friendly interface, but its wide array of features can feel overwhelming at first. New users may need a little time to familiarize themselves with the navigation and layout. However, once you get the hang of it, the platform becomes intuitive and easy to use. The dashboard is organized, allowing property managers to view and manage critical tasks such as leasing, payments, and tenant communication all in one place.

While there are comprehensive financial reports, many times they don't tie together so you can balance them. The budget pro product isn't very sophisticated. Can use some additional work regarding uploading contracts in a more seamless way.

The fact that most functions are so user friendly and you can manage how you want your workflow to be. for example Board Room is so easy to manage and I love the Lead tab Functions. Makes my work flow so much easier to notate and manage!

**What do you dislike about ResMan?**

Exporting only to Microsoft products like Excel. This is also based on personal preference, because I like to use google Docs and Google sheets but it would be nice if i were to be able to export reports to my google sheets account.

**What problems is ResMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most other products like Entrata and Yardi are so limited in the functionality that I find in my experience doing multifamily property management. Resman solves that issue for me and allows for a more adaptable to our current needs, and you can pick and choose what works best.
