I tried this product but eventually went with another vendor due to cost consideration. Overall functionality is nice. Easy to locate a customer and the integration tools are great. I also liked the ease of use ability for the documentation for easy intergrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Mostly, this is a great tool and there's not much that I did not really like. But a few things like its interfaces of update is slow. I do not like the time to takes to reboot. The time taken to get the output could also be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
