As a sales rep that just changed organizations, it was such a difficult decision...RepVue helps give so much more power to the sales rep when interviewing other sales orgs. You can feel more confident in your decision around accepting a job. RepVue provides sales reps with valuable questions to ask your future employer so that reps can weed out "too good to be true" opportunities and truly decide if it is a good fit. As a reviewer (sales rep), sometimes I felt like I was guessing/giving broad estimations. I wasn't privvy to exactly how much our top earner made, or exactly what percent of team hit quota.
It would be nice to see some sort of SMB/start-up version of RepVue. Maybe not on a company-level, but can you capture data from sales reps that work at smaller orgs and provide trends/overall guidance on what to look out for when it comes to deciding on a job at a <100 person company / start up. RepVue has filled the void that I have been looking for over many years in seeking more transparency with sales compensation. Knowing how likely you are to attain the OTE that is described to you by a recruiter or hiring manager is HUGE! I don't feel confident in considering new rolls now unless the company is on RepVue. Looking forward to additional data points such as info on management roles, average quota to attain OTE, average time it takes to ramp, how often you get paid out on commission and what is your commission/bonus based on. Also, what is the average deal size and correlation to win ratio (are we looking at 20 average deals at $10k over a month or 2 deals at $200k over 6 months). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It gives you a true OTE, and general quota attaianment information on companies that I've found to be very accurate.
Glassdoor doesn't give a true OTE or idea of how many people are hitting quota, so it has a considerable advantage over GD. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The data is crowdsourced from people that actually worked in the exact role at the company. HR is inflating stats, there is real transparent info on base pay and commission, culture, and development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
