What do you like best about Reputation?

I enjoy that the reviews come from different areas of the community, regular reviews, work orders, move ins, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the dashboard can be tricky to find what we are looking for but with a little digging it's pretty easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Reputation?

Reputation is really good at managing reviews and giving recommendations on how to improve Google review scores. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were oversold on many features like social media management, for example. Reputation is really good at its core functions like review management and surveys, but its additional features miss the mark. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Reputation?

Reputation has been amazing to use! It is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. It helps us take customer service to the next level with quick pre-generated review responses, and monthly surveys automatically sent out. It was very easy to integrate and I use it almost every day. I love that is gives you recommendations on how to boost your score and also shows you the industry average! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reputation is helping me create better and quicker responses to reviews, which is amazing considering a portion of our score comes from response rate. What do you like best about Reputation?

It is a very useful tool when it comes to reviewing your reputation. I personally love the social media integration and being able to post for social media through reputation. What do you like best about Reputation?

I like that you can view the calendar to see what posts are ready to go and what is still awaiting approval. It's fairly easy to create a post as the app links right to your photos and you are able to pull them in. Creating hashtag groups is also a very helpful feature! I do use this app quite frequently to keep my posts up to date. Customer service was helpful the one time I had to reach out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Reputation?

Reputation seems very basic compared to some other platforms. I wish we could tag people or other businesses, but that does not seem possible. Also, I cannot seem to get any videos to post, only photos. Another issue I have is with the inbox. When I respond to comments made on a post, the transition is very clunky. Most of the time when I go back to my inbox the next day, the same comments are showing up saying I never responded to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Reputation solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves the problem of having to go in everyday and create a post since you can add a full months worth at a time. The analytics can be helpful as well, knowing how many views we are getting, new subscribers, turn around time for comments. It also takes care of the posting approval process. What do you like best about Reputation?

Being able to go to a centralized location to answer reviews, request feedback, and post on social media is incredible convenient and helps with time management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reputation seems to struggle with reels, which is unfortunate as that is from where the majority of social media engagement comes. Having more options with reel editing and posts within the website, would be more convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
