**What do you like best about Reputation?**

We can manage all of our Google listings in one location. We don't have to manually update each individual property, but instead export an excel file, make the changes on it, then upload it.

**What do you dislike about Reputation?**

The inability to verify our Google listings. We initially had this capability through Rep.com via a bulk verification, but have since had to manually attempt to verify our listings with very little succeess.

Resident surverys, updating/adding profiles to our Google listings.

**What do you like best about Reputation?**

I like being able to find our reviews all in one spot. I also like being able to sort through my reviews and seeing which platform most of the users prefer to leave reviews on and focusing on outreach for the other review sites.

**What do you dislike about Reputation?**

Things aren't easily found when looking for specific things, no search bar for finding what you need. When pulling reports sometimes it is difficult to discern certain things.

**Recommendations to others considering Reputation:**

Monitor your reviews and see what people are saying, follow up with new people and send review requests.

**What problems is Reputation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to send review requests through other platforms besides Google. Being able to send out reviews automatically within the 30 days of a move in or a renewal.

We have had constant issues, I do not recommend.

**What do you dislike about Reputation?**

The team at Reputation.com has gotten numerous tickets from us to solve the survey integration issues and this has been going on for over 6 months without resolve. This is complete lack of customer service and we have paid thousands of dollars. Do not use this company if you can help it.

**What do you like best about Reputation?**

I like this Software for it's ease of use. I think that the Library feature is particularly helpful ( this was uploaded by my corporation I think). It is quite easy to add things to the calendar for future posting or posts that you want to appear right away. I like that you can customize the time and have multiple posts in the same day.

**What do you dislike about Reputation?**

I do think that having the option to edit a photo ( add text, resize, adjust coloring or pixeling) right there within the posting area would be awesome. I also would really suggest that when I am posting ahead of time that the software keep me in the same month that I am posting in once I complete a post ( it sends me to the current month that we are in even though I am posting 1 month ahead, so I have accidentally posted in current time instead of 1 month ahead like I intended).

I simply use it to schedule and post my Social media. I do however know that my corporate office looks at things from the analytical side as well. I have glanced at following and interactions from time to time and see that we are GROWING!!!!!

**What do you like best about Reputation?**

With managing multiple locations within our business, it makes my job much more efficient when responding to reviews daily. Plus our brand responses give me starting point for creating custom responses for our customers.

**What do you dislike about Reputation?**

The only thing I don't like is when toggling between locations, I have to select all, wait for it to load, and then select the location I want to view. Its a bit annoying but not the end of the world.

Being able to gather insights from our Google My Business pages and respond to reviews in one place. Makes my job much easier.

The best upsides of reputation is the convenience of being able to spread the word of our property and advertise all in one. It has been super easy, the implement and integration of the catergories blending on the page is neatly set up. Customer support is very responsive. My property uses this service atleast 5 times a week.

A downside could be that we don't have access to view if our emails have been viewed.

**What do you like best about Reputation?**

It really is a great resource especially if you are managing multiple properties. The reporting function gives you a wide array of metrics to be able to filter and pull reports on. This is extremely useful to be able to easily navigate which sites are over performing and by contrast, any that are under performing. You can compare metrics to a previous time period to see if numbers have increased/decreased. It is very easy for me to integrate these reports into condensed snipbits of relevant information for my team. I use the software on a daily basis and encourage on-site teams to do that same. The support function and FAQ section is easy to navigate and find the information you need before reaching out to an associate. Woud definitely recommend implementing this into some version of a performance plan if it relates to your business needs.

They are constantly making changes and updates to the program in order to address customer needs, so as it sits I currently do not have any negative feedback.

Reputation makes everything so much more simple. Especially the sections where it gives you ways in which you can improve your score.

**What do you dislike about Reputation?**

Sometimes the survey counts were off and would confuse me because it did not match the count I had on my spreadsheet. Otherwise it is a great app.

Before using reputation we were doing surveys and then involving online reviews. Now we are able to do both and it encourages our customers to make online reviews.

I enjoy that you are able to simultaneously post to several platforms at once, with being able to view what your posting looks like prior! I also really enjoy the analytics that are provided.

I would like to see more reporting features, and be able to filter through the data more, or being able to create custom reports.

It would be nice if 4 star reviews weren't such a negative hit to the overall reputation score.

Our company manages over 3,000 profiles for online business listings across Google, Facebook, Healthgrades, and more. Reputation allows us to keep our information accurate and up to date for these profiles through their extensive database. Their platform allows us to manage and respond to multiple reviews per week from our business listings which is an integral part of improving our patient experience.

We've been pleased with the platform so far, and any limitations we encounter are usually due to budget constraints. We are always seeking to better serve our patients, and integrations with Yelp and TikTok would be beneficial, though we understand their partnership opportunities are limited.

The review management tool allows us a deeper look at patient experience. Through Reputation's reporting options, we can review patient sentiment, popular review topics, and areas of possible improvement in our service. Using Reputation.com to get reviews from our customers after their vehicle repairs are completed has allowed us to learn more about what is important to our customer and how we can do better in the future.
It has also allowed us to create benchmarks and best practices for our management team when delivering vehicles to customers after being repaired.

**What do you dislike about Reputation?**

Nothing, everything is easy to use! The one item we wish we could change it API integration from our customer management systems, however, that is not an issue with repuatation. 

 Most of our issues stem from managing change internally.

**What problems is Reputation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previous to Reputation, we found it difficult to earn reviews from our customers. With the automated file upload from our CSM, the review request process has been much easier and we have gained valuable reviews for each of our businesses.

This has also allowed us to understand who is inputting customer info correctly and how is not, and where we need to make process changes.

Reputation collects a lot of useful data for the purposes of reputation management. I like the customizability of reports and dashboards to fit the needs of each individual user. I also like the concept of Reputation Score - as it helps us to explain to our field colleagues how reputation management plays into their locations ranking in search.

**What do you dislike about Reputation?**

It would be helpful if you could collect and respond to all reviews from various sources right within the platform. Some platforms can be filtered in, but not responded to (e.g. PissedConsumer).

Also, I don't like that many of the features are add-ons for additional scope. I'd rather the platform have everything available up-front.

**What problems is Reputation solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reputation makes it easy for us to generate reviews from our customers and then assess insights to discover the areas in which we are meeting customer needs and the areas in which we need to improve.
